Really cute place with a nice patio. I would give 3.5* overall as some dishes were great and others not so much. We enjoyed the olives and the pasta with prawn was excellent. Vongole was too salty. Pizzas - excellent crust but unfortunately the toppings didn't impress us. Focaccia came out more like a toast, and the arugula salad was very low on dressing (I'm not someone who needs a ton of dressing but it was basically dry, and pine nuts were a bit burnt). Lemon Pana Cotta was just ok. We had a nice and funny server that we enjoyed, and the place itself has a very nice relaxed vibe, but there are definitely better/more consistent Italian restaurants in Vancouver as far as food goes.

Amazing food and service. Everything is made fresh to order, including daily made pasta. I didn’t really have room for dessert but couldn’t resist ordering the lemon pana cotta to share with my mum, so delicious! Two of our party are vegetarian and had lots of choice as they can make many of the menu dishes vegetarian. Their wine list is very good, with a really decent range of prices, from affordable to splurge. The bottle of Puglia red we chose was excellent. Five stars for everything.

We hosted a surprise birthday party for our Mom at Fiores on the patio. The food and service were unbelievably fantastic. We had the most incredible evening at Fiores. The patio was a perfect place and was nicely shaded. We did a set menu with family style share plates. There was more than enough food and everything was so delicious. The service was 10/10. The whole night was so perfect and the staff were so helpful with coordinating the surprise!

Absolutely loved the food service and atmosphere here! Amazing place to drop by especially during the summertime. Their tiramisu is by far the best I’ve ever tried and their lamb pasta was absolutely delicious. I love that you could sit at the bar and watch them prepare all the food or sit further inside for a more comfortable experience. Highly recommend trying with friends or with a date.

Amazing pizzas and pasta dishes for both vegetarian and non-veg. It’s a very short list of restaurants I’ve been to where I can eat the pizza crust all by itself and find great flavour - Fiore is on that list.
