Food is good, unfortunately it's repeatedly taking me 30 minutes for my sub order. This is really unfortunate because I like Firehouse subs but can't go here anymore due to the wait times.

DAMN good sandwich shop. I came in, not realizing how busy it was, but the inside didn't feel too claustrophobi, and everyone was served and settled, or on their way in 10 minutes.
Not to mention that the food is amazing and the staff are all incredibly friendly, even when it looks stressful. I'm quite happy to have a place like this on campus to sit and eat or grab and go.
I got a classic ladder and soft drink combo. 10/10 (I also recommend mixing coke zero and peach yello mello on their machine).

I continue forward on my goal to find a bad Firehouse Subs experience. I will have to move forward because this Firehouse has once more demonstrated the top level quality I have come to expect at every Firehouse Subs. Excellent work on every step - the bread was well steamed, the toppings were tasty as always. My only small complaint is that there are no washroom facilities in either here or the nearby Starbucks - even a single spot would have been fantastic. Still, a top flight sub that was well worth it.
