Fixins Mac n' Chicken | Vancouver

The most stupid restaurant business ever. We ordered for our dinner Sunday night then I went to pick it up from the restaurant like all normal restaurants in Brentwood mall Burnaby BC. Google guided me to the mall then there was nothing the pin was at the middle of the open area and no place I decided to call thanks god there was a number I called there was only a message to push numbers to find the hours and location asked to dial one. THERE WAS MO LOCATION. and no option to talk with an actual human. Then I started to ask people nobody even heard anything g about this stupid food seller. Finally asked a gentleman who was in food delivery and he said it is inside the TAP AND BARREL. Can you believe that.
I went in and asked for my order and thee poor front desk guy person said there is a cap board here and let me check. He did and my food was there 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Can anyone understand this stupid business?

I have had the garlic Caesar salad, straight up Mac and the popcorn chicken with ranch. These are all by far the most delicious things I have ever eaten in regards to western food. That ranch is so delicious and the pickles they gave was iconic. The noodle selection for the macaroni and cheese was perfect and the flavour was so tasty. The Caesar salad was by far the best Caesar salad I have had from any restaurant ever. The crispy capers and crouton crumbs? Amazing. Please never get rid of this place it’s one of my new faves

Not very impressed. First they failed to give me the extra mac and cheese I ordered from uber eats. The buy one get one free promo. Second, popcorn chicken portion was so small. Overdone, dark brown. popcorn chicken sauce was harden on top with funky smell, something doesn’t smell fresh. Then half way to the popcorn chicken, bit into a piece tasted really nasty. We only took two bites out of mac and cheese, it was okay, it was cold, nothing special. Will not recommend

Got it delivered, quite nice, 8/10. Got the spicy tenders and there were nice. Pricey enough and tenders could of been bigger but delicious ?

Believe it or not they send me a chicken sandwich without the chicken. So furious. Now I lose my lunch break. Incompetent.

One of the best comfort food places in Vancouver. I've tried a lot of the items on their menu and they have all been delicious.

I think this is my first google review ever. But I ordered take out and it was actually shocking how bad it was. 17$ for a teeny tiny cup of Mac and cheese that was the “adult portion”, didn’t even have the parsley as stated on the menu. It was in the adult portion container but was filled to about 1/4 maybe?. 13$ for a literal handful of shredded kale, literally nothing else. No dressing. No seasoning, no cheese, no bread crumbs. Nothing.I didn’t realize until it got home but wow. Save your time and dollars.

My third order in a row where they just forgot half of it. Honestly so sick of this. How hard is it to read a list of things that are supposed to be in the order. Absolutely brutal.

I ordered doordash from here today at 2:19 because they were participating in the $1 weekend deal. At 2:39, they cancelled the order and I lost ability to participate in the $1 event at any other restaurants because each doordash user can only apply the promo once. If they didn't want to fulfill the order, they should have removed the item or promo from their merchant page before I payed for it.

Oh man the menu is so good but they don’t know how to cook any of it; we’re talking raw biscuits and meat soup (or fake meat soup?)- such a missed opportunity!
