Everyone complaining about the spelt crust- it’s delicious and perfectly tender. Pizzas are great, coffee is mid.

Lots of products for sale decanted into jars, and a product line featuring the faces of the farmers who grew them, and a nice assortment of cookbooks available to look at while you’re there

Great food! But who wants to listen to Oasis (on LOUD) at 10:30 am on a Saturday morning. Would be way better if the music was barely audible and maybe leaning towards acoustic, or not at all.

We used to love the pizza nights here, but they changed something and now they are so tiny. $20+ for a pizza the size of my hand is unreal.

The pastries are good, the coffee unfortunately not so much. It was kind of watery, tasted off.

Love it here, I come frequently for their sourdough loaves. The olive loaf is amazing. I wish they had a way to show on their overhead menu what they’re out of; it can be frustrating to wait in a ten minute long line to discover they’re fresh out of what you came for. I get it—they’re popular! I just wish there was a way to discover what breads they’re out of before reaching the front of the line.

Super-cool, bustling cafe/bakery with a great vibe. Came in for a little breakfast and some coffee and we were not disappointed. Avocado toast was delish-it was topped with a tasty Turkish seasoning. After crushing that, we had to have a sweet treat as coffee remained, I mean c’mon you gotta do what you gotta do. 👏 We shared a yummy desert pastry, (not too sweet, just right) with a berry cream topping and giant blackberries scattered about. The cafe was humming and well run - everyone there seemed happy and having a good time. Great job Flourist!

So… I’m not from the area and I heard it was their 6 year anniversary! Congratulations! I would gladly come support and maybe try something. I checked the menu and they have specials for pizza, so I decided to order one of the specials which was I believe the red onion, tomato and burrata. There was no sizing so I thought that it would be like a medium to large pizza since the price is $25. Turns out it ain’t. Didn’t check the pizza because I was excited until I got home and it looks like a small delicious though but felt like I got scammed..

Flourist Bakery is a gem! The ambience is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent, especially the avocado toast, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The coffee was also outstanding, rich and smooth, and definitely one of the highlights. Overall, a fantastic bakery that I’d highly recommend!

I don’t normally support businesses that sell the products of animal cruelty, but the neighbouring vegan restaurant wasn’t open yet and I need a coffee.
This is the second time I have come here asking for a large coffee, and since they don’t make drip coffee, I was given two shots of espresso in my to go container, which was a nearly 1 L water bottle. The barista completely filled it with hot water resulting in the week is coffee I’ve ever had. Your barista should know not to add this much water to espresso.
