Very nice modern coffee shop fairly opened somewhat recently. Wonderful aromas of coffee and baked goods in addition to the flavourful coffee. Staff is very friendly and quick. Lots of other goodies and pastries out on display. Lots of seating and feels spacious. Some limited pay street parking available.

Parking: Limited pay parking close by but resident parking further away.

Overall a solid coffee shop with excellent coffee and a nice selection of wraps and baked goods. 1 hour table limit is enforced.

Friendly staff, great coffee and delicious pastries and baked goods. Love the fact that they are open at 6am. Can be jammed on weekends but I appreciate that they try to limit wifi and computer use during peak times in order to help turn over tables.

Warm and cozy spot to stop for an early coffee and muffin on a cold clear Vancouver morning. Decent fresh baking, not a huge amount of seating but makes for a convivial atmosphere

I have mixed feelings. When it's busy it's ridiculously loud, like being in a bar. On a quieter day when you can sit in the nook around the corner it's not bad. The carrot cake is pretty good. The vegan Apple muffin was rubbery - very disappointing.

Some of the best cookies, the cheese twist is also phenomenal.

Good coffee and baked goods but they ran out of milk on a weekday morning (??!!) and charged me $1.50 plus tax for oat milk without informing me of the extra charge. I rarely go here so didn’t realize I paid extra until I thought about why my small latte cost more than I expected.

First - what kind of coffee shop runs out of milk? Second - they shouldn’t be charging me to substitute an integral ingredient that they ran out of. Third - they should’ve at least informed me there would be an extra charge for oat milk (but see my second point). And finally - wow, $1.50 for a milk alternative in a small latte is highway robbery. I feel so bad for people who are lactose intolerant.

Food is yummy but the drinks are consistently well made. Usually 4-5 staff behind the bar (even on Sundays) which is awesome!

Vibes and atmosphere is awesome for a chat with a friend, studying (I study here often and it’s great) or just peace time! Plenty of tables- even outside there’s a lot!
They play The Strokes often, my favourite band!
Chairs are wooden and hard but ergonomic enough.

Overall, a staple cafe in Vancouver!!!
