They didn’t put cheese in the cheese melt fried chicken. When I asked the restaurant why so, they just simply told me that the cheese melt in the chicken and it’s just I don’t see it. C’mon does this chicken looks like cheese melted? It’s like loaded nachos with no cheese. Also I read other reviews on the food delivery app and it seems that there’re other people who get chicken with no cheese

Had the opportunity to try the new restaurant with friends. I have always been a big fan of Korean Fried Chicken and they have many options for sauces to choose from. I visited the restaurant twice and I can tell that I will be visiting the restaurant again to try other sauces that they have for their Korean Fried Chicken. When you visit the place, order the rice bowl. Cheap, filling, and just downright amazing. I have only tried the Spicy Sauce and I am curious to try other sauces as well.

Ordered the honey garlic chicken. It was way too much garlic, and the garlic tasted almost raw and spicy because of it. Couldn't even taste much of the honey part of that honey garlic sauce because the overwhelming garlic taste killed my taste buds. I ate the meal within minutes of getting my order, and yet the breading on the chicken was already so soggy. Rice was also wet right under the chicken. An overall unpleasant meal sorry to say.

Has been fantastic in the past. Unfortunately tonight's takeout chicken is burnt under the deep fry. You can taste the charred black skin

Quite unique and tasty!

The lady who took my order and helped me was so nice. But when I got home, I saw a bug in my food that either got trapped and died in the container or somehow fell in already dead when packaged. Needless to say, it put me off.

First time I went here the food was amazing. Second visit was a joke. Hour wait for food with 6 people inside. Food came swimming in oil. Sent it back and the refire wasn’t much better. Won’t be going back

Really great and tasty food! Friendly and attentive staff!I had the pork belly and spicy fried chicken, both were hot and flavorful. The Pork belly wasn't over grilled, and it was still crispy yet juicy! The spicy fried chicken (boneless) was super flavorful, it wasn't too spicy yet it still had a very distinctive taste. The chicken itself was very flakey and there were times when it just fell apart / melted in my mouth! The miss that was working there provided me with a sauce mixture that I requested, she was friendly and attentive.I will be coming by again in the very near future.

Korean Fried Chicken is soooo good! This is my third time to buy it. Still crispy, tasty and delicious. Best fried chicken in downtown for sure!?

It was just okay. Ordered the bibimbap and found it overly sweet. Side dishes were included which was nice, but also very sweet.

The KFC here is wonderful. It’s a shame they close at 10pm. I’d come here on Friday night if they open until later

Been to 50+ restaurants in my 3 months in Vancouver, and this is my only regret. To be fair though, they are brand new, and they're still figuring out their menu, so I write this with good intentions. I hope they get better, and their business succeeds because rent must be astronomically high in the area, and there are probably a several dozen restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk of this place. For a Korean restaurant, there was a serious lack of banchan. This is usually a signature of Korean cuisine, so as constructive criticism, I would step up the banchan offering. We ordered the spicy Korean fried chicken as an appetizer. Korean fried chicken usually takes 20 - 30 minutes back at home, so I was surprised when I asked her how long it would take. Our waitress told me it would be out in 5-10 minutes, and it did come out that quickly. But it wasn't the typical Korean fried chicken that you're probably thinking of. It wasn't double-fried, it didn't have the thin, crispy breading, nor was it properly tossed in super spicy sauce. It was pretty much regular fried chicken, which they most likely reheated, and they poured sauce on top. As for my entree, I got the beef short ribs. So this might be my fault, as I was thinking it was bbq Kalbi. It was also the most expensive bbq dish on the menu, which also lead me to believe I was ordering bbq Kalbi. But it wasn't even close. I got this sauteed beef dish that came with mushrooms and rice cakes, and was served on top of soupy-gravy. I ate as much as I could, but I'm a firm believer that short ribs are meant for the bbq. In my mind, I was expecting charred, burnt ends, with juicy-fatty pieces of meat. I was imagining myself gnawing on the bones to get every last bit of meat, but was disappointed when this came out. Okay, I'm not Korean and I don't read Korean, so I made a bad assumption on what I ordered. I can live with that and accept responsibility. The dish I ordered was bland though. It wasn't an exciting meal that I would promote to my friends and coworkers. There wasn't anything outstanding about it. If I hadn't taken a picture of it, I would have completely forgotten about this restaurant and this meal. I think some menu adjustments are needed to be successful here. The staff here is very friendly and helpful though, so this review has nothing to do with the people working here. Good luck, and I hope you find your stride before it's too late.
