Frankie's Italian Vancouver

We love this restaurant. My family members all really enjoyed their meals but I had the feature soup (white seafood chowder) which wasn't good at all. Will definitely be back but will stick with the pasta dishes.

Alrhough the staff were friendly and helpful, we were disappointed in the quality of the food. Two of us had the Spaghetti Carbenaro and the pasta was well under cooked and the meat was tough. We know that pasta is supposed to be al dente but this was not that at all. The Lasagne was OK but way too much sauce with limited pasta. Very disappointed in the experience.

Food was good. Our server was great except she forgot to offer us grated parmesean cheese. Otherwise she was great. The only thing I really didn't like was that the hostess seated us (a party of 5) at a cramped table for 4. My seat was in the walking aisle which felt very uncomfortable. We would have probably been ok with a booth but a table for 4 felt very cramped and there was barely enough space on the table for all the dishes and drinks. There were other tables she could have seated us at but chose not to. I even booked this table in advance (not a last minute walk-in) so I was disappointed that this was the table I got for my birthday dinner. Won't be back.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was exceptional. The food was good value.

Had lunch there and, I had a great time. Spaghetti carbonara was delicious. Definitely recommend.

As usual a great dining experience. Delicious food, great service and many non alcoholic drink choices.

Went to Frankie's for the first time last night before Lion King , it was fantastic. Good service by Neil, he gave excellent recommendations from the menu. The restaurant was clean, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend

The place is lovely, the decoration, the smell and the ambience it’s very warm and inviting, we had has a waiter Vijan1097 and he was amazing, very attentive and right on time in every moment. Honestly when it comes to the food it is not the best Italian that I have try but well I come from Europe so i guess my standards are just to high. For me the food was okey, but the service an d the ambience was enough to fully satisfy my needs tonight

OH MY GOODNESS!! I cannot recommend this place ENOUGH. Decide to get a reservation here on a whim because the menu looked good and it’s right beside our hotel.
And wow I’m so happy I did, the food was TO DIE FOR. The service was QUICK but not rushed and our server was so nice. The atmosphere is amazing in this place and the food is worth the price!

Busy Saturday afternoon. Main restaurant was already packed so we were sent next door to dine at the jazz club. Same menu, just that we have to finish before the club opens at 18:30. Totally fine with us, and we appreciate the smart use of the place to accommodate walk-ins like us. Food overall was great. Found their olive oil a bit bland, but love their tomato sauce. Service was just ok though. Maybe our server gave us a bit too much time and space, walked past us a few times without attending our table. Waited for a while to get our order taken while at least two other tables walked in behind us already ordered in.

Everything was excellent! We had reservations for 5:30 and were promptly seated. I had the lasagna, my wife ordered the chicken alfredo, and we shared a side salad. Food arrived piping hot and everything was so delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Been back a few times at both locations. I have never had a bad meal or experience. Always great food and service! Try everything!
