Great sushi restaurant in Yaletown! Pretty standard portions and sizing for sushi around Vancouver. Price was okay but can get better deals at other places, but for the location and what you get, it's a good value.
Atmosphere is vibrant and centrally located. Gets very busy during lunchtime! Be sure to avoid rush hours if you don't want to wait.

Honestly the food portions were generous. We got the chicken teriyaki don and couldn’t even finish it two people. The store was empty and i think more people should coke and test here!!! Better than most of the sushi places. Good price, Good food, and Good energy.

We order Fresh sushi at least once every 3 weeks. We enjoy ordering from the team because it’s convenient; however, there are now a handful of experiences when we order salmon sashimi and get slivers.
It’s incredibly disappointing when this happens because it only occurs during takeout…
This is now a repeated experience and I’d advise not to order sashimi if you’re taking out.

Fresh sushi, huge portion. Reasonable prices. No major complains but I felt food was mediocre .
Some comments : Takoyaki was especially good 💯. Never seen a hokkigai that size. 😯
The tuna was somewhat tasteless and don't have a good texture to it. not sure if it's frostbite.
Will try items more some other time.

TERRIBLE service Oishi salmon isn't supposed to be this spicy! I complained about it & instead of the server being understand she completely dismisses my feelings asking why I ordered it in the first place as I could tast the wasabi in there. REFUSED to pay!
Asian server has an attitude problem, do your job & don't ARGUE with the customer instead APOLOGISE & offer a solution like removing it from the bill or apologise that the food is spicy not say the customer's taste buds are off! Hire better staff don't tip her! 🤬🤦♀️🤢🤮😡😤
