The portion was good and everything was fresh. It was jam packed to the top. Lots of toppings. Good quality for the amount paid. Was skeptical at first due to some reviews here but our experience was good. Will come back again!

Honestly, big shame on this branch manager who puts one girl to work everything around the shop and cook those lousy salads for walkins and online orders. Girl is polite though, but this kitchen is a mess. Had to wait 15 mins for a smoothie, which tasted like tap water.

I have gotten food poisoning three times in my life - the worst time was from Freshii on 4th. If your food has gone bad, throw it out, don’t cheap out to the point where you get your paying customers sick.
I understand it’s a hard time to be operating a business the past few years so I was reluctant to leave a negative review.
However, I have a friend who was participating in a yoga class earlier this week and told me a story that compelled me to go ahead with my review.
The owner of Freshii Kitsilano came into the neighbouring yoga studio late at night, was yelling to the point where customers had to leave the changing rooms to come protect the crying staff member working at the front desk. He was repeatedly asked to leave but refused - unacceptable.
My friend didn’t know what he was so mad about but could make out that it was something to do with the building/owner of the building.
Call your landlord if you have an issue, don’t verbally abuse/intimidate people trying to do their job & stress out customers coming to yoga to relax/decompress.
Your food is disgusting, your portions are a joke, but most importantly you are a horrible person. If this is how you treat other people that you don’t have any control over, I am curious how you treat your employees.
Your food is why I stopped coming back but your actions are why I’m actively encouraging others to avoid your establishment.
Owning a business that involves customer service, you should know better than anyone that you shouldn’t behave like this.

I used to eat here often because the food was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, the last time I ate here the quality of food was awful. The portions are smaller than they used to be, the veggies were not very fresh and the steak looked grey and tasted like it had been microwaved. The steak used to taste fresh and look fresh. I usually order the Oaxaca bowl with steak. The last one I had was not tasty. I won't be coming back unless the quality of food improves.

I like this Freshi location 1927 W 4th Ave so much. All ingredients always fresh and tasty!! It’s very close to my workplace and I like coming here for my lunch. Always happy with selection and service in here. Highly recommended if you are looking for something healthy and tasty!!

This freshii is amazing and staff named Prabicha is so friendly and welcoming. I always visit this location after work and she always greets me with a warm welcome. Food is 10/10 and customer service is always on point 20/20. Definately staff makes a huge diffrence and she is one of the most hard working and respectful person here.

I love Freshii, I've always been a fan of their food. However this Freshii in particular is my favourite due to the service here. The staff here are incredible! Sim and Preb are always so friendly and they always make an effort to connect with the customers and the community. It's always awesome interacting and chatting with them after a long shift! 5/5 stars ⭐️❣️

Just spent $8 on a smoothie I never received, order the smoothie at this location today and still hadn’t recieved it 18 minutes later. Was in a rush so couldn’t wait any longer. Only 1 person working the entire shop so it’s not his fault but I mean cmon

I've always enjoyed having freshii as the go to place but the quality has gone down drastically over the years.Today was the day. I ordered the Oaxaca bowl and the portion was half the size of what it was a couple of months ago when I last ordered it. It was a spoonful of each ingredients, I swear, except for the rice. The most frustrating was the kale that I received. 95% of the kale was yellow and had black spotting. I told the employee that the kale had gone bad and she asked me "Do you want me to replace it?". I had to tell her "Yes, it's inedible now". She opened up a new bag of kale, took out the old kale and placed the new kale in the same bowl. Unfortunately, the new kale is also old kale. Not as bad, but unacceptable for a placed called "Freshii" (not the first time I've ordered and their lettuce was old). At that point, I didn't want to be that person to say that that kale was also bad and can you check each ingredient for me. So I left with my bowl, am still hungry, and feel like I overpaid. The picture is the second set of kale I had to take out since it was passed its freshness already.

I've been going here for years, and the Budda Satay bowl is always my go-to. But recently the veggies have practically disappeared and it's mostly noodles and sauce. So much for healthy...and definitely not what I pay for.
Staff change, new ownership, I don't know, but not worth the headache of trying to find parking on 4th for this location anymore.
