A truly horrendous experience with a Restaurant. We were shopping on 4th Ave in Vancouver. My pal just wanted a cool salad on a hot day. So we went to this Freshi place.As sooñ as we entered the smell was off putting. And I said " It doesn't smell to fresh in here". This turned out to be a very telling statement as it turned out. We both ordered the Cobb Salad. My pal got some chicken added.Ok so when it comes it's a dog's breakfast. Cheap products used. Poorly presented..The hard boiled egg was whole not sliced. Same with the Avocado..The Bacon looked like it had been cooked weeks ago and shredded by a feral Cat. Cheap ass wax cheese. The whole salad was completely lacking in flavour.Oh and the chicken my friend added.. dried out hungs of old dead bird. Just a complete waste of money and our time. Will never go back.Go to Tractor three doors down on the corner of you want a salad or grain bowl. Seriously!!

Ordered 2 of the new Spicy Buffalo Bowls.Sorry, but they were AWFUL. 1) greens came out of some pre-mix. romaine and lots of chopped carrots dominated. Awful. 2) for salads - layering textures are key - the only texture here was either some fried Tofu, or fried Flour or Batter. Awful 3) But the most awful was the Sauce/Dressing - the combination, was beyond Awful. Tabasco hot sauce, mixed with something else. The sauces were NOT a good combination.All in all, unpalatable.Midway through, to remedy: I added some yummy soy-braised Tofu-Beancurd pockets of my own, just to try ooomph it u. A delish staple winner that I was saving for B/fast. (this is yummy on its own But I felt sorry for the Tofu after adding it to the bowl. Yes it was that bad). While it helped a little, it still couldn't save the meal b) Then boiled 2 eggs, just to offset all the awful Dressing/Sauce. These thankfully helped me plough through to the end. I would hate to throw away half the food, which I consider serious wastage (esp in these times when food insecurity is faced by some people ).My fellow dining partner, said the same. I think he had it way worse, as he valiantly soldiered through his bowl. And this is a person who loves Tabasco sauce otherwise. All in all, we wished we had gone with our other choice - Lamb Biryani instead.Curiosity satisfied, never again. Waste of $19!

I tried freshii for the first time and really liked the wraps! It's a good break from greasy or oily foods. Sure, there's dressing in the wrap but the flavor has to come from somewhere. The service wasn't anything special as it's simply one person taking and making your order. It wasn't bad either, just a chap going about his day, no biggie. Will definitely come again.
We got 3 different smoothies. Green one was good. Mango was so bad cause of the turmeric taste. My favorite was the strawberry banana. It was really tasty like a milkshake. The store wasnt smelling nice

Went there yesteray, and everhthing in that store is expired. The staff was regardless very friendly, but clearly the management isn't paying attention to what to sell and what not to sell.All the veggies, sauces and protein are super old.This actually might cause some food poisoning.

Just purchased two tortilla soups and received a basic both with rice and kale. No black beans, no tomato, no corn, no tortilla chips. Obviously made by someone who’s never made the soup before and doesn’t know the recipe. Absolutely terrible service.

If you order a smoothie with protein powder they only give you 1/8 of a scoop which is a complete rip off and pointless. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. What a joke. This is being cheap with ingredients. Question is what else are they being cheap with. This isn't a place that wants to help you repair your muscle after a workout. If you want to Carb up sure.
