Terrible experience at Freshii. Emad Tabrizy was incredibly rude during my visit — unhelpful, dismissive, and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back. Plenty of better places out there that actually value their customers

The manager taking my order was kind enough to share her favorite out of the smoothie options available. The Freshii Green smoothie she recommended was delicious & the perfect midday boost of energy I needed! She also gave me a sample of chocolate peanut butter, another 10/10.
Highly recommended this location as it is clearly operated by people who put their customers first.

Every time I eat here I’m always very impressed with the quality and the freshness of their wraps. I’ve noticed a few negative reviews, but my experience has always been positive and doesn’t reflect those comments. Additionally I really appreciate being able to get a filling lunch for around $11–12. It’s a great value for the quality you get. Great food, price and staff.

Ordered a texmex burrito with tofu and there was zero sauce in it. 95% of the burrito was rice and there were maybe 3 pieces of tofu and little to no other toppings. This was the driest burrito I've ever had.. could barely swallow it with the amount of rice in there. Very bland and tasteless. Please take this review into consideration and do better.

I ordered the teriyaki bowl with chicken from your location at 401 Burrard Street in Vancouver. It was possibly the worst thing I’ve ordered from a restaurant in a while. Dry, chewy chicken, dried out rice, and broccoli that didn’t look fresh. I told the employee working that the chicken was dry, so they steamed more chicken for me, but it was still dry. Totally a waste of $15 (plus tip!).
And they only had plastic forks to boot, which are banned in BC.

Not recommended at all. I had a really disappointing experience with the burrito I ordered from Freshi. The rice had a strange taste, almost like it was old or expired, and overall, the ingredients seemed stale and lacked freshness. On top of that, it arrived cold, which made everything even worse. The taste was so bad that I ended up throwing away more than half of it. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I have ordered here a few times but after today I will never order from here again. The avocado was so hard the server couldn’t even get it off the skin. How can you serve this to customers, it’s not edible. Now I have to toss all the avocado away because it’s not ripe yet. What a waste of money and food

Refund please gave me the wrong order - 2024 Dec 19 ~1:30pm. Ordered Spicy Buffalo Burrito with chicken and snack smoothie to go and there was no chicken at all… the staff specifically asked which protein I want… in the end I realized the staff gave me Teriyaki Twist instead… which is $1 cheaper too… the bill of $18.27 included chicken.. refund please… what a joke
The team is great! They’re on time always and the portion size is adequate. Sometimes the staff can be a bit too direct in asking questions in front of other customers that might make you feel a bit awkward (such as ohh you want extra things always) but otherwise their quality is appreciative and delivery is really good. Overall I like to call it my lunch place every weekday:)

I ordered the pumpkin spice smoothie as advertised on the menu, and instead of the thick and vibrant smoothie they are advertising, I got a watery, flavourless, ice-filled one. I could tell the BARE MINIMUM of ingredients such as the fruit was added to be mixed with mostly ice and liquid. I understand photos need to be appealing for marketing purposes, but the discrepancy between what is advertised and what I received is not acceptable. I am not sure what went wrong behind the counter, but this smoothie was a waste of money and I will likely not be returning.

Have been to this location twice now since the Bute St location closed, and have been disappointed twice in a row.
First day was last week, I ordered a Berrii Crunchii Salad. I went to pick it up and noticed that it was only half full compared to any other time I've picked up a bowl or salad previously. I let them know that there was supposed to be Romaine lettuce and they argued with me at first, but then told me that apparently the company had just changed the ingredients today and didn't tell them. I then watched them figure out who made the salad bowl and realize that there was also no quinoa in it and barely any mixed greens, which means there was almost no base to the "salad" at all (supposed to be a mix of quinoa, romaine, and mixed greens, and there was maybe 1/4 cup of mixed greens included).
Today I ordered the exact same thing and noticed it was low again, but I didn't want to argue again and I had extra greens in my fridge anyways. Well, I got to my desk and there is no quinoa this time, again. They also added the green onions that I had asked to be taken out.
I really like the food at Freshii but it's beyond frustrating that I'm paying $17 for a salad and it's wrong every time. The staff needs to pay closer attention to what they are supposed to be including in the salad, and not under-portion the dishes.
