Ordered a "roll" which their menu says is an option, was given a salad and told that that's what I ordered (it was not), told the wrap has a fee for the wrap, repeated that I ordered a wrap, and so they took the same salad and wrapped it in a cold wrap instead of handling the miscommunication well and providing a quality product. It's not my fault you didn't hear correctly and this isn't how you should handle mistakes.

This is like healthy fast food, but it's not that tasty. My spicy lemongrass soup was not spicy. It tasted like they added a good amount of sugar to the broth. The noodles were hard and stale tasting. Bowls are edible but again not really tasty.

warning!..they are really bad at getting your order right, if you ask them to use your own container, they forget, and worse, they forgot to add yogurt dressing and when i phoned and asked them to rectify situation they refused, they said they were out of it, yet they never mentioned it after they made it and still charged extra for dressing...frustrating and very unprofessional. plenty of opportunity to put it rightVegetarian options: staff seem to care not if they get order right
