I normally don't complain about food, but this time I just have to say something. I came here for the second time after an okay experience last time. Bad choiche. Girl helping us very sweet and helpful. Ordered 3 smoothies, did not have milk left, so chose to replace with coconut milk. Only strawberry banana one was a little sweet, chocolate-peanutbutter and tropical were not sweet at all. Maybe that's just taste, but I wasn't expecting to drink a smoothie with no taste really. Then the bowls. Did not have the shrimp bowl left (last time they did not have the salmon one). Chose the salmon and tuna bowl. They were out of green onions, so I chose to add broccoli. When we got the bowls the broccoli was a yellowish/brown (not fresh looking) colour. The mango and avocado pieces were rock hard (not ripe). Oh and no edemame beans (had to ask for it). I tried to eat around it, trying to grab some of the better stuff but it was so bad that I told the girl I would like my money back. You just can't serve this to people for the amount of money they ask. I felt for the girl, cause not her fault. After calling her manager we got a coupon for a free bowl next time.... Don't think we will try again though!

I just ordered here at 4pm today and the employee that served me did not at all follow my order. I asked 5 times for no sauce and asked to substitute brown rice for rice noodles multiple times and even confirmed with her when she gave me my order . I walked home only to find out that she gave me rice with sauce. Very disappointed.

Ordered two mezze bowls and it was missing chickpeas, which it was supposed to come with based on the description. Pretty disappointed that they could forget the main reason why I got the bowls in the first place.

The rice is raw and the sauce is so succulent that you can soak it up in soup, and you don't even want to eat it when you're hungry! Never buy a meal from this restaurant, I bought two bowls and threw them all away. In addition, I ordered two Teriyaki Twiist Bowl, which had no chicken, no Crispy Wontons, only lots of beans, broccoli, a little carrots, cucumbers, and large size chopped onions, and lots of teriyaki sauce......

Ive been going here pretty often for work lunch but every time the chicken is very cold or today it was straight up frozen and had literal ice on it very disappointing since i do enjoy the rest of the salad

I ordered a cheese chicken quesadilla, but when it arrived, it had no cheese, and the chicken was cold. When I asked if they could remake it with cheese, I was told I would need to pay for another one. This was very disappointing, especially since the restaurant was empty, and a quesadilla only has three ingredients. I expected better service and attention to detail.
I've been to freshii UBC twice this month and unfortunately have been disappointed both times. The first time I ordered the cheesy chicken pocket and it came with no cheese... The next time I ordered a tex mex burrito and the rice was not cooked properly and it tasted awful. Terrible experience

I ordered two teriyaki twist bowls. The rice was lukewarm and hard, the chicken had a sour taste, the broccoli and peas were bland and flavourless, the wontons were soggy, and the carrots were stuck together for some reason. I have never had such disgusting and stale food especially from a store that advertises fresh, nutritious, food. I tried to save it by adding some of my own condiments and sauces but I still had to throw away over 2/3rds of both bowls away. Waste of money. Even instant ramen is better. The service and atmosphere might make up for the trash they serve but I had the order delivered through Uber eats. Will never come back and will urge everyone in general to avoid this place like the plague. Would give it 0 stars if possible just based on food.

I am from Calgary and have found almost every freshii store in the city worthless to visit but last week when I visited Vancouver, one of my friends recommended me this store and I would say it was my best experience with freshii. Everything from environment to food was awesome. I would highly recommend that one must visit there atleast once. Thank you:)
