I just went to freshii and ordered a Chipotle cheddar bowl to take out. They charged me for the bag (i asked for) but they gave me the one that was used for packaging. The quantity is less. Veggies were fresh but there was no sauce. It was dry.

At first glance everything seems and looks ok, but it’s not until you go in with all your hopes and dreams to order some delicious food in order to take care of your nutrition that you order a Oaxaqueño bowl that you pay the price of abuse, that apparently a Oaxaca bowl despite being described that it contains steak that you find yourself looking at a protein less bowl but never the less when you confront them about it that they have the audacity to deny that they are in the wrong and that it was your fault for not assuming that their menus would actually be correct in the Ingredients that they dishes include, I just think they should have the kindness of at least accept their mistake and or have their stuff in order, but hey that’s just me.

I ordered a Oaxaca bowl and was charged for the protein. The Oaxaca bowl should have steak by itself. The bowl had one source of protein when I paid for 2. I told the girl at the counter and she told me I was in the wrong. Which I’m not. I’m pissed because I’m missing my steakkkk which I paid for, they would not let me get a refund. Robbery

I bought a smoothie and bowl. Still they don't allow to use washroom. Strange said it is just for staff.
I ordered the teriyaki bowl. The crunch is great, and the combination of the teriyaki sauce with that crunch is just so satisfying. I really love that part. Other than that, everything was fine. It's a typical healthy bowl. I'm unsure about the freshness of some ingredients at times, but overall, most of the bowl seemed fresh. So far, it's 5/5 for me, and I have no real complaints. The presentation, packaging, and delivery were also fine. However, in my opinion, there isn't anything particularly exciting that would make you want to order it again and again—at least I haven't found it yet. I'll keep ordering to see if I can make a stronger connection with Freshii. 🍜

Fresh and crispy bowl. I took their summer special Thai salad bowl and it was super tasty and healthy. I complimented that with a green juice, that was ok. The overall cost with an 18% tip turned out to be a bit high though. But I guess Freshii is one of the few healthy lunch joints in that area. The server was very friendly and helped me choose my bowl. The salad ingredients were fresh and crispy.

Since the the chain was bought out by a big conglomerate it’s clearly gone to hell.
The portions are now tiny, often the don’t have menu items available and it’s a just overall a former shadow of itself.
Suspect it will soon disappear, killed by the cost-cutting nightmare that is MTY Food Group.
