The washroom has been out of service for a year. This is ridiculous and I think illegal.
I think they just don't want to have to clean it. Not cool.

Today, me and my friend visit this location. As, they follow all food safety instructions and provide excellent customer service and I prefer to give them a more than 5 Star to their service and food.
Well, I’m very choosy in trying new things and specially smoothy, I visit this location and there was a girl name “MUSKAN” who give us a great suggestion to try this Strawberry Banana smoothie and we really like it. I tried this flavour at many restaurants, but I like their flavour and she made our smoothie with fresh fruits.
I personally recommend to visit this location and try something new.

The food tastes the same as if I cooked it in all the possible wrong ways at home following a good recipe. It’s the first place in Vancouver where I finished the dish on a half way.

Absolutely unprofessional. I ordered four bowls, asked for dressing on the side on all four of them and I paid an extra $3 for two extra dressings and all of them were not on the side and they forgot the extra dressings and then when I called the lady decided to start an argument with me and talk over me before I could even tell her why I was upset and she kept telling me because it was a promo, I don't get what I asked for. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior. I'm never ordering from them again and I recommend anybody who orders from them to tell them to put dressing on the side when they don't do it. Call and complain. I didn't order just to be told too bad, you shouldn't have ordered from us if you don't like it. It's a simple request, dressing on the side.
