This was my second time ordering from here. The first one was meh, but I decided to try again. I ordered 2 Pangoa Bowls, and the dishes looked so good and fresh in the pictures. When the food arrived, and as soon as I tasted the food, the disappointment was immediate. It's hard to explain, like eating plastic food. It looks good, but so tasteless and bland that it felts like eating cardboard. The veggies were extremely dry and hard, like they've been sitting in the fridge for way too long, the rice was rough and had a gravel texture, and the chicken was so pale, as if they imported it from the north pole. Seriously though, we shared one dish because we were hungry and threw away the other one because the taste was just so bad. Don't know if it's a dish or a place thing, but I'm not gonna order from there again. Their name is really misleading.

Today I picked up a make your own bowl where you choose your own toppings. I selected item tofu and I did select black beans as well which I was not aware that I have pay for it and the total came to about $14 something. I asked the cashier why it was so expensive, and she told me it was because I chose two proteins. I then told her I only wanted tofu, but when I got home, there was no tofu at all in my bowl. I called the store, and she said I had switched to beans only. She also told me that if I still wanted tofu, I would need to come back and to pay extra. The beans portion I received was very small — just a tiny ladle — and the quantity was maybe half of what’s shown in their photos. On top of that, there weren’t enough vegetables either. Honestly, this chain feels like a waste of money. The customer service is very poor. Every time I visit, the cashier never smiles and always seems to be rushing people out. The only reason I’ve been coming is because I enjoy Freshii salads, but today’s experience was very disappointing.

I had to throw the whole salad in the trash because they sent me the wrong salad and the lettuce were rotten and tasted sour, disgusting!
Today, me and my friend visit this location. As, they follow all food safety instructions and provide excellent customer service and I prefer to give them a more than 5 Star to their service and food.
Well, I’m very choosy in trying new things and specially smoothy, I visit this location and there was a girl name “MUSKAN” who give us a great suggestion to try this Strawberry Banana smoothie and we really like it. I tried this flavour at many restaurants, but I like their flavour and she made our smoothie with fresh fruits.
I personally recommend to visit this location and try something new.
