When I walked in to pick up my online oder, they told me to wait 3 minutes. But I waited 10 minutes n walked up to the counter to find out my pizza was on top of the Owen.I was upset that, the staff could have been more aware of the customers who are waiting to receive n hot and fresh pizza. Not a pizza sitting on top of the Owen.

This is the second time this has happened to me in this place, they forgot to make my order and I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes.. I understand the first time I came because it was busy, but the second time? They didn’t even apologize for the wait… Extremely dissatisfied, will not recommend.
