I honestly had a really bad experience with this pizza. The toppings look messy and uneven, like everything was just thrown on without care. The cheese is clumped together, not melted smoothly, and parts of it look overcooked while other parts look undercooked. The crust looks thick but dry, and the toppings keep falling off. Even the peppers on the side look soggy instead of fresh. Overall, it doesn’t look appetizing or worth the money. Definitely not something I’d order again. Wastage of money.

They called me in for two days of unpaid training, and now they are not answering my calls or responding to my messages. Recently, they told me that they have enough staff. If that’s the case, why did they ask me to attend training in the first place?

This is just cardboard. You may as well dress the box, slather some cheap stale cheese on it and eat it. "Fresh"?! This pizza place consistently has the most stale pizza with the least toppings, worse ingredients. The owner of the franchise brags that his way of making dough allows for more pizza dough at a lower cost. This is garbage. Eat at your own risk.

This branch has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There’s a man who claims to be the owner, and his behavior toward customers is shockingly rude and unprofessional. My first visit was unpleasant because of how rudely he spoke to me, but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might have been having a bad day.
However, my second visit confirmed that this is just who he is. I greeted him politely, and not only did he ignore me, but he also started speaking to me in the same disrespectful tone as before. It’s infuriating how someone running a business can treat paying customers like this.
This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s unacceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. If this is how the so-called owner behaves, I can only imagine how he treats his staff or how little he values his customers.
Avoid this place if you value being treated with basic decency.
