I ordered 2 butter chicken SLICES and they literally had not a single piece of chicken on it. When asked , the employee told me me, she was dismissive about it even tho it was so obvious. I confronted her twice that it has no chicken and all she replied with evey time ,is “thats a butter chicken slice” . Did NOT even offer new slice or an exchange. Then told me that “ i dont know that pizza is made by the OWNER” this was literally her wording. Employee name : MATHI . Also she was wearing no hairnet and was cutting vegetables like that only .

Customer service at this location has dropped significantly. I feel bad for the owners, but the staff they’ve hired recently show little to no respect for customers. Cleanliness is also another issue. I’ve never seen service in Vancouver’s food industry decline to this level before.

Ordered cheesy bread pizza found 0.25 cheese on the pizza slices and the sides of pizza almost burn. The cashier said the cheesy pizza is like this .The store was not busy still they are in hurry for no reason never gonna come to this place again.

Fresh slice pizza is the best pizza, they put a great amount of pizza sauce on it. It is only $3 for one slice of pizza. They have a public restroom for customers only. You have to pay for your pizza slice before they give you the key for the restroom, they said that people take the key and run. After ordering a piece of pizza. I found that odd, but I guess if they only allow paying customers to use their restroom that makes a little bit of sense. I feel they are being quite dramatic because I ordered my slice of pizza and the lady would not give me the key for the restroom and I said I just ordered a slice of pizza so can I use the restroom and she said you have to pay first and I was shocked. I wear a blazer. I am dressed in a cute dress. I thought to myself I do not look like someone that will run away from $3 for a pizza slice by stealing their restroom key. So weird. I like their Pizza there, I just feel weirded out and I don't think I will be returning. I'll cross the street. Uncle fatty's Pizza is good pizza but they don't have a restroom so if you need to use a restroom go to fresh Slice Pizza. Thank you.

I work very closely to the Abbott fresh slice and was left with a very positive experience.
One day after work, I was super hungry. I forgot my wallet in my other bag and with sad disappointment I was going to leave without eating a delicious slice of pizza.
The manager ended up giving me some pizza anyways and I left glowing. After that experience, if I’m ever hungry after work, I will always go and buy a slice and tip extra because I know this location is looking out for the people in this community. Thank you!!!
