I called the store before coming and told them to make a medium size pizza i called at 4:55pm may 11 2025 they told me 10 mins after i came to store after 10 mins they told me another 10 mins then passad 20 mins i got my order at 5:20 pm And the employees should me trained and know how to talk to a customer plus the employees ware talking soo loud having there family conversations wtf Not coming back

I have been a loyal Freshslice customer in Vancouver, choosing it for its consistently fresh, light, and homemade taste. However, after visiting this particular location, my perception has changed. It seems like the pizza here is reheated rather than freshly made, with an excessive amount of oil, which is noticeable both in the smell and on the interior surface of the store.
Typically, I visit the Freshslice location in Heighgate Village, Burnaby, where the pizza tastes completely different — fresher and more authentic. I started enjoying pizza because of them, but after this visit, I now feel I need to be more cautious when selecting any Freshslice location. Unfortunately, this store is diminishing the brand's reputation.

This is a wonderful pizza restaurant. The pizza is delicious every time, and the prices are the lowest anywhere. I go there often like today, and each time is a wonderful experience.
The pizza was great!! I asked if there was no pork and they delivered. My son and I where very pleased with the quality and the tast of this delicious pie! The price was good and the place was ver clean. I give this a 10 of 10. Come by and have a taste. It's worth it on the go.
