Please replace the paper trays with the plastic one that u have on your other locations. As the paper trays are small and if a person ask for 3 spices it doesn’t have enough space for that and the employees put slices one over another which messes up everything.

It happened two times that whenever you go to buy slices then they don't have vegetarian options and if you request to make more then they deny it. Some of their staff is so good and I appreciate the way they serve customers but a few of them are being lazy. Once it was just 11:20pm and today(Nov 16th,2024) it was around 3:00am and they said we are about to close so, they couldn’t make more slices. What’s the point to keep the store open if you can't make pizza on request. If your store is closing in an hour then you should not be denying. Someone might be so hungry and that person is coming with the hope of getting some food. It's ridiculous.
It is fresh and id suggest loading up on their unlimited topping pizza special that makes it steadily worth the deal. In comparison to fast food pizza joints this one is a bit better than going to a pizza pizza but their slices are not necessarily worth the deal so I give them 4 out of 5 for a fast food chain. This isn't gourmet pizza but for special deals and fast food chains fresh slice is a better choice.

Last Sunday 24th of November I went to buy 2 pieces of pizza. I came in the store and called the girl to take an order, but she ignored me seems like she didn't hear me. I called her again. But her service was terrible. She was so annoyed to me when she took an order and service for food. I give her cash $10 but she gave me change carelessly, it was full of coins and she threw them on the table.
I don't know why she is so RUDE like this. I was literally feeling bad for this store.
I'm not expecting a customer service from franchise business because I don't have to pay for a tips, but I can't accept that how you treat your customers like this. So disappointed ☹️

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Vancouver location. My family and I visited this establishment during our trip to attend a Zack Bryan concert, and unfortunately, it was an experience that left much to be desired.
Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the overall lack of cleanliness and poor condition of the premises. The environment appeared unsanitary, which was only made worse by the conduct of the employee preparing the food. I observed this worker handling the pizza ingredients—cheese, meat, and other toppings—using bare hands that appeared visibly unclean and had dry, scaly skin. Furthermore, after receiving what I can only describe as "drug money," the employee rinsed his hands with just water, without any soap or proper sanitation, before continuing to handle food without gloves.
When I requested that he put on gloves for hygiene reasons, he briefly agreed but then proceeded to rinse his hands with water again—without soap—and continued to prepare the pizza in the same unsanitary manner. I asked once more for gloves, to which he responded that there were none available. At that point, I requested a refund, as I felt the conditions at this location were unacceptable and posed a significant health risk.
This experience was not only disappointing but also concerning from a public health perspective. I believe this location does not meet the basic standards of cleanliness and food safety that customers should expect, particularly from a franchise as reputable as Fresh Slice. I strongly urge your team to investigate this matter and ensure that appropriate health and safety protocols are being followed, including employee hygiene practices, food handling, and cleanliness standards.
Until improvements are made, I would strongly recommend reconsidering the quality standards at this location to protect your brand's reputation. And if not change the name of this location to trash slice because that’s what’s going on in this store!

Ordered some classics and... not only was the pizza just not enjoyable at all, but they were very very cheap with toppings too. Super salty. Just ugh crap!
- The veggie pizza: literally had HALF of one cherry tomato, 2 thinly sliced pieces of bell pepper and 2 spinach leaves per slice!! - The pepperoni pizza: Also cheap with toppings and mediocre tasting. - Ham and pineapple pizza: Had 1 slice of ham per slice!!! Pineapple portions were ok, actually a bit much for one slice and overpowered the pizza. Super mediocre. - Butter chicken pizza: Super cheap with the chicken chunks and the mediocre OVERLY SALTY butter chicken sauce they had very spardrizzled on it. Very disappointin ALL IN ALL EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! Spend your money elsewhere, unless you're ok with being overcharged, for extremely MEDIOCRE below average pizza. It specially sucked because I had a very stressful day, and this was supposed to be my treat to myself. 🙄😖😡😭
I recently visited Fresh Slice Pizza and had a fantastic experience. The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a perfectly crispy crust. I loved the variety of toppings and their vegan options too! The service was quick and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. It's a great spot for a quick bite or to grab pizza for a group. Highly recommend for anyone craving good, affordable pizza! Will definitely be back.
