I ordered 3 slices of Fiesta Feast on the mobile application. When I went to pick up my order, the store associate, Navi, refused to prepare my order. She said they don't make all the options available on the Fresh Slice application. Instead of preparing my order, she asked me to select from what was displayed. But when I insisted on my order based on my taste and interest, she said she would turn the veg pizza into Fiesta Feast by adding extra toppings on top. Unfortunately, she served me overturned slices. But in this same store, other associates prepare what customers have ordered. Same store with different policies for the associates?
When you don't cook Fiesta Feast, disable the option from the app. Its for every store that dont cook customer needs.
