The food was delicious, especially the valentines sando! The strawberry milk is a perfect naturally sweet drink that I can enjoy! Its was very pleasing to stir the strawberry into the milk! The original souffle pancake was a good blend of egg and sweetness! Not too eggy either. I came to visit but was tired from exploring nearby, so the music and atmosphere was soothing. Pancakes are kind of funny when you think about it—soft, a little wobbly, almost like a laid-back version of Jell-O. They’re light, tasty, and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for more. Honestly, they’re the kind of thing you could eat every day without complaining.
It’s also the first time in a few months in Vancouver that I’ve tried something new. Guess I’m branching out—one pancake at a time.

This is one of the very few places that I truly think they care about food quality and presentation. They have tremendous intentions every season worth visiting and trying. This is a gem in Vancouver.
