I really liked the food here. And service was great. The lady manning the cash register was also really nice and pleasant to me. Good experience, overall!

Lobster ramen is delicious! It comes with a couple of shrimp and 2 half egg's. Origini has a lot of rice in it which was alright. The cashier lady was super friendly! It is inside the Granville island public market so during the weekends it does get crowded.

Fuji Corner - Avocado Roll ($13.8) 6/10My Dad randomly decided to try out an avocado roll. I was skeptical at first, but surprisingly they were quite nice. The avocado was very creamy and generous. That said, I think the price is very high for what they are.

Fuji Corner is a nice place to get Japanese food at Granville island. The staff is very friendly, it’s clean, and the food is good - the price is good for the large portions you receive. This place has definitely improved from when it first opened.

Comparing to some fast food Japanese chain, this one is cheaper and offers more meat. The rice tastes

I was hoping this food would be good but I cannot justify paying $15 for 4 tiny pieced of veggies, load of sauce, and rice. I ordered the veggie Japanese curry rice and I asked what veggies came in it. Well, when i actually received the food and as i proceeded to eat it, I noticed by the time I was nearly done that I had counted only 4 small pieces of veggies. So I basically was given a bowl of sauce and rice ? that surely didnt sit well, made me sick. I feel like I wasted my time and money on this food. Sadly, so disappointed with my experience ?‍♀️

this was a bit of an underwhelming gastronomic visit… we had opted for the lobster ramen but it ended up being too impractical to eat and unsatisfying with the half lobster being over done. Because this is located at the Granville island food court it isn’t a spacious and comforting restaurant setting - which is why I have chosen to not rate the ambience as it isn’t their fault the food court is busy - they’re just a vendor. The broth was decent but overall lacking in umami flavour. Also ordered the curry tofu mushroom rice bowl and was severely underwhelmed. Lack of flavour and didn’t look appetizing at all. Everything just seemed sort of haphazardly put together and I only ordered it to have an “affordable” carb filling add on. The sushi sets looked okay but felt like they could have added more pieces into their boxes for what they were charging. It’s a handy “grab and go” but it definitely is pricey for those sushi sets in my opinion.

Awww. I thought, hey! I can leave a review and get myself a first to review. 2hrs later, there's a review and they are getting slammed. Oh well. Is it amazing? Nah. Is it 2 star worthy? Nah. More like a 3 to a 3.5 depending on what you are used to. Would I get it again? Definitely but there is so much in that market, it all depends on what you're feeling. We had the ramen, she the prawns, myself the scallops. Both were tasty as my scallops came with both. Very fresh and well done. I personally enjoyed the noodles and broth. But this is also the Granville Market where things are catered to the masses. Have I had a better ramen broth in Minneapolis where I'm from? Definitely! But considering where I was and that I wanted something to warm my innards on a rainy day, it did what it needed to do. My guess is if you had requests for specifics, they'd give them to you.
