Every time I go in, which is often, I mention the company name on the order and who placed the order, I also usually have my uniform jacket or shirt on identifying me, and I still get the third degree as if I've hacked their computer system and I've devised an elaborate scheme to take someone else's order. The sushi and other ready-to-go plates at this store are both delicious and reasonably priced, making it a popular destination thatâs often bustling with customers. One convenient feature is the adjacent parking area, which has always had ample spots available during my visits, so Iâve never had to wait to park.
The store also has a small dining area located right at the entrance, where customers can enjoy their meals. Unfortunately, this space appeared disorganized and lacked cleanliness, which detracted from the otherwise positive experience. Overall, the store could benefit from improved cleanliness, especially in the dining area, to enhance the customer experience.

Delicious restaurant quality food, cashiered by the rudest, coldest most superior seeming staff. As a labour activist I must ask, is there a terrible boss on site? Why are the staff so miserable. The only other worst misery is the staff at TNT Coquitlam mall. Are these workers being abused???? I am updating my review, I now suspect it is RACIST behaviour.

Cons: -passive aggressive cashiers -glared at me for misplaced wallet in bag -didn't tell me politely I would lose my place -I walked off since there's tons of sushi places on commercial -Other customer agreed with me and apologized

They sell you Black cod misc pieces dipped in white miso contain only only fish bones and very little fish meat attached. Pieces most restaurant normally would throw away instead they covered them in white sauce and sell you at a premium price like fish fillet. Iâm wordless. This used to be my favourite place to get Japanese bento/ sushi and grocery when I was a kid. Itâs a shame.

On my first time here, I accidentally locked the microwave, and no staff would help me with the microwave. On my second time, I did accidentally locked the microwave again, but I somehow fixed it. I think the microwave doesnât let us set the time. Great food & products, but customer service needs improvement. I wished the cashier doesnât ask about chopsticks because I would prefer self-service.
