You might think some people don't know how to eat and that's true. It was my birthday and my fiancé went last Thrusday August 3rd, 2023 to buy a chocolate cake and it didn't spend a whole day in the fridge at our place before we try it so I can say your cake wasn't fresh at all. The frosting part tastes like fridge. We divided all the layers and tried them one by one and they weren't bad but the frosting totally was. YOU MUST CLEAN THAT FRIDGE PROPERLY if you're not going to sell fresh cakes, a dirty fridge makes that smell. Awful cake... what a shame.

I ordered a birthday cake (Forêt Noire). It was nicely decorated and VERY delicious. I just loved it! All my friends were amazed how delicious it was. I will definitely go there next time I want a cake. Bravo Ganache!

Sorry, but the pain au chocolat is not not really a true one, but a north American version of soggy pastry with chocolate inside. Almost no layers in the croissant, which is usual for north american pastry shops. Stay away if you expect authentic stuff.
