Let me tell you , it’s A LIE. They will give you the regular nem long that you can buy anywhere in Vancouver market like 88 markets or T&T. ( see the photos below). 7 of us tonight, many items sold out at 730pm , even beer, all three brands of beer sold out, all mango drinks , egg coffee sold out... only the raw beef and scallops were good. At the end after we left , their server called and said bill was wrong and we confirmed we paid $350 and got the bill right. Then she said she would check with the other female server. And called me back, bill was fine and apologized to me... even they tried to be nice but service was lacking tonight. I can see its management problem.

Had an overnight stay in/around this area. Read the reviews and gave it a try. We went around 8:30pm to eat. This place is busy and had great portions and very tasty food! It definitely did not disappoint. Will definitely come here again when visiting the area. People were trying to get a table even at 9:30pm, at one point they had to turn away customers as they were preparing to close for the evening.

A friend of mine introduced me to this place recently, and I was pleasantly surprised! This place seems to have very authentic, Vietnamese food, and some amazing specialty items! If you're looking for fancy pho, and some MSG free options, this place is great for that! I will definitely be going back and taking my husband, sister, and other family members here. The atmosphere can be a bit noisy. Also, their chairs are ridiculously uncomfortable. Perhaps this is a strategic move so that you don't sit around for too long.

Amazing food here, you won't be disappointed. The noodle soup here is one of the best around! There is so much their menu has to offer. Everything was delicious. Staff were super friendly and would come back!
I haven’t tried Vietnamese street foods before, but this restaurant offers many different types. Beef bone marrow is something I haven’t tried before, but today I did. Seating is something to be commended: very roomy. Not like some restaurants that are packed like sardines. Parking on Kingsway is a challenge at times. I have to park at the nearby Norquay Park.

Probably the best brit we have had in vancouver! So good. everyone enjoyed their meal and would definitely be back. They were busy so go early. Large portions and good prices overall. Service was very slow, even with a bell ding to get their attention. Highly recommend and will be back just for the flavors and authentic taste.
