Wow, we had a great time at Gary’s tonight. Second time at the restaurant (lat time was during the rugby seven’s weekend - an exciting time in Vancouver) - first time sitting at the bar (tonight) The kitchen was great to watch, my favourite moment was when two of the cooks bumped shoulders and they took a moment to pause and acknowledge (so great to see such a fantastic team working together). We did the tasting menu and really appreciated each dish. Sat at the bar and the service was attentive yet relaxed. Appreciated the bartenders recommendations and the overall flow was spot on.

Most lovely experience! Peter, Anna, Tina, and Mac were all extremely knowledgable about their menu and especially kind in service. Elevated service with a refined menu. Will be back!
