Fantastic service and great gelato! I don’t make it up to B.C. often, but when I do, Gelato Express is always one of my stops. The Ferrero Rocher was delicious 👍

It's a tradition for my family to end our trips to Vancouver w a gelato at this location. Food is well presented and staff are great.
I can't do dairy, so I get the sorbetto. Usually they have a lot of options, but on this trip (mid November) one of the freezers was down and so I only had a few choices. Still loved what I got.

GELATO EXPRESS this Ice Cream shop is an extraordinary experience, I call a fun Ice Creams, whatever the weather is outside as Sunny or raining or snow if you are looking for the best time and fun this is the place to go, to eat Ice Cream anytime is the best to make your day, multiple flavours, the Ice Creams flavours you have probably ever tasted, so delicious, so amazing. The team is high customer service and very friendly, I had a wonderful time. I deeply recommend this place and it deserves 10 stars. I will back soon.
Huge selection of flavours and the ones we had were delicious. Limited places to sit to enjoy it however, mainly across the street at the library (where we saw a rat…) Prices were a little expensive but typical for a gelato place these days. $6.75 for a single cup.

The ice cream is delicious and the service is wonderful! 🍨 Just two things to be aware of: a) The scoops are on the smaller side for the price. b) If you purchase the $47 (1000ml) bucket to take home and serve the same day, I highly recommend transferring it into proper Tupperware or another safe container. The original bucket can break into tiny, unnoticeable pieces, which could be hazardous. Better to transfer it right away for safety. Overall, highly enjoyable — just wanted to share these tips for others!

I had a very disappointing experience. The gelato was not tasty at all. it was overly sweet and lacked freshness. What made it worse was the owner’s unfriendly attitude and poor service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place

Popped in as saw someone at our lift with a pot and it looked delicious, oh my gosh it really was, such a treatcand would highly recommend, staff were lovely too, Toronto gelato shops you have aclot to live upto once we arrive 😀 sorry no photos as was too good to stop eating until all gone 🤣
