Recently I read this great article in the Monte Christo magazine about Gem Chocolates and this week while shopping in Kerrisdale, my daughter and I decided to go and have a look. We just made it before closing time . Absolutely delicious chocolates, great presentation and very friendly staff. We will definitely come back soon.
We came here to buy a chocolate gift box to try something other than Purdy’s and were delightfully surprised. This place is a hidden gem (no pun intended)! The owners have a great story and are involved with the community. Kerrisdale is fortunate to have its own chocolatier producing some of Canada’s most exquisite and innovative handmade creations.
So glad new owners (Mimi & partner) are keeping Jim’s quality chocolates and introducing new tropical flavours like ube and pandan- it truly is a gem in Kerrisdale! Thanks for the great service Nana and Colin!
