Thought it was overpriced and charged high cover for a bar just playing billboard 100 hits with a lot of broken and sticky controllersI wish no man nor woman to endure the shackles of this bar.

Devon and Jacob are the best! Absolutely wonderful service and the vibe is super fun, small town, and very engaging. 10/10 recommend.

I recently held a surprise party with 50 people for my partner's 50th birthday. I couldn't be happier about my experience with the wonderful team at Glitch! Trevor, Ashley, our server Michelle and the rest of the staff were simply first class the entire way. Emails were responded to promptly. They offered great suggestions. The sliders are awesome. The games are clean and super fun! Most importantly the birthday girl had a great time surrounded by her family and friends. 110% recommend! Thanks and we'll see you soon.Vegetarian options: There are tasty vegan options if needed.

Right off the bat, not a very nice neighbourhood, don’t recommend bringing a nice car you will have to street park. They then ask for 2 pieces of ID, photograph one with this machine straight out of communist China. The staff and food were okay. The design was retro but the extremely loud increased bass music ruined the experience as the speakers also couldn’t handle all the bass so it has that bzzz noise.Overall another disappointment. I only give 1 stars because I have yet to experience 5.Edit*Wow what a extremely rude response. In fact I was not okay as the next day, all day I had stomach pains after eating your food. From the outside, the run down building, it's neighbours, and the fenced off driveways, the crowds of people standing in a circle, it doesn't look very appealing. The other side of the street, and other parts of West Broadway are fine. I was speaking about their location area specifically. No apologies or explanations for taking ID photos, the over priced mediocre food, or plans to fix any issues. Just decided to view my other reviews and say I am particular about where I park my car. This may come as a shock to you, but those who work hard, get nice things will usually care about them. Often driving around to get places you would have to deal with parking would take it into consideration when going somewhere. I put it in the reviews so others can be aware before they go.What I do not understand is saying I need therapy after a bad experience at a place. What would I go to therapy for? If you think you need therapy after going to a bad business then thats just you. I have only given out 1 star reviews because it's these business that cause me to go and do so with such a bad experience. Such a preposterous response by their "owner". Truly defining their character. Responding with calling me bro, and adding in emojis just shows to me they are immature.

Unfortunately felt put in an uncomfortable position when approached by two staff members tonight. First staff member approached, told me "someone" mentioned I was rifling through my pockets, given impression this was strange? Was standing by big shot game for what I thought was around a minute, looking for spare coins for the arcade games... so gave them some quarters to trade. Shortly after a second member approached, tells me I had to leave because I didn't order a drink. This felt out of nowhere, I mentioned I don't drink but would comply by ordering a nonalcoholic beverage, was escorted to the bar table. Felt it was either be pressured into ordering something and pay for unwanted drink or having to leave and not feel welcome to ever revisit. Thanks for making drink on the house, but that doesn't set the record straight. Not to mention given weird looks from first, second, and a third member when I glanced in their general direction. Returned to play more games after interactions with staff - did not get quarters traded, decided to ask first member for them back as I was leaving. I never write reviews but given this negative experience remains fresh it would bother me more to let this go unspoken. For potential readers besides management I have good things to say. As a Nintendo fan there's amazing ambience, just one of many details being the cute Mario references like retro Mario drawings and ? blocks lined against the bar wall. I really like and appreciate the presence of classic and older gen consoles i.e. Classic NES and Wii U with accessories for guests to play - I have pretty much all at home authentic or emulation but its great for non-gamers to find enjoyment a gamer like me has playing retro and modern. The arcade game selection including pinball and air hockey is worth visiting - limited than place like The Rec Room and CHQ but still great selection and I adore the Nintendo theme. I didn't interact much with staff, seemed approachable.Tonight was my first visit, I might revisit and with the understanding to order a drink once I get past the doors. I'm hoping management reads this - my friendly suggestion is mention to whoever was supervising tonight midnight to 1am if this is repeated you could drive away similar guests... you could inform your bouncers to let newcomer guests know as they enter to order something at the bar so the expectation is directly given. I've been to other bars/pubs like Bimini's, Good Co., Soho, came and went for 8 ball or arcade with nobody mentioning that I shouldn't be rummaging through my pockets or telling me to straight up leave because I didn't order a drink. Or if someone could educate me on how it is customary to order a drink when you enter an arcade bar, I'm sorry I didn't know. Thank you and good night.Bob

Great arcade bar with fun themed cocktails. The bartenders (a brown haired guy working the earlier shift and a girl with short curly hair) were extremely kind to our group on Valentine's Day. They seemed like genuinely nice people. Thank you!

It’s a decent little spot but the prices are completely outrageous.I came here last night and we were charged $5 cover per person. I ordered a single patty smash burger with a poutine and a single margarita while my companion ordered the crispy chicken burger with onion rings and a Pabst because it was on “special” (and turned out to be a regular sized can, not even a tall can or draft beer). Our total after tax was $75! Even though we went up and ordered at the bar I still tipped 18% because I am generous but was really irked that our total was $88 after tax and tip! That’s not including the $5 cover we paid at the door (on Thursday evening when it was dead, no less). So basically we paid $100 for the worst margarita I’ve ever had, mediocre fast food and a can of beer that should have cost $3. Needless to say…we won’t be back!
