Total failure for a scheduled online pick up order for 1pm today. I called twice and received an email this morning assuring me my 3 day cleanse was ready for pick up before I Ubered over. Get there and a young lady has no clue about it and can’t find it! She starts phoning the person who I spoke with who promised to have it ready and she can’t get them. She then offers to “make my order” while I wait. She then asks if it was a 1 day cleanse. ?? No, it’s a 3 day cleanse!! Are they really this disorganized that she can’t look up my order? I demand a refund now because I’m angry about the complete dysfunction and having my time wasted. She then tells me she can’t refund an online order and I’ll have to call someone. I will never order from Glory again. ???
Rebuttal to Owner Reply: you know you were not accommodating a change in order so don’t lie. I placed this order the day before for a 1pm pick up. You sent me an email (photo included) stating it was ready for pick up at 9:35am. I additionally phoned two hours before my scheduled 1pm pick to make sure my order was ready. I arrived at 2:30pm giving you extra time and my order didn’t even exist!!! Total disorganization and dysfunctionality.
Update #3-It Gets Worse. When I started my 3 day green cleanse I discovered it was supposed to be 8 bottles a day and I was given 6 per day ?. I called the Yaletown store and they confirmed the mistake. They offered to give me the missing 6 bottles but wanted me to come get them. That would mean another Uber round trip for me for me to pay for and waste more of my time so I asked them to deliver. A phone call to a supervisor was made and the missing portion of my order was delivered to my home. I do really like the product very much but since the new owners took over service is abominable.

I've had Glory Juice Co. before, but hadn't been to their Coal Harbour location. Used my Plant Curious coupon here (an amazing BOGO deal). The staff member working was chatty and so kind! On that weekday near closing, they were miraculously out of mylk (drinks to go, and mylk to make smoothies) due to a previous order that day. I was curious to try their mylk but will need to come again to do so! I settled for a couple of their cold-pressed juices, #18 and #43. The #43 was a collab with Canucks player, Quinn Hughes, and certainly woke me up with the taste of ginger. It also had mixed fruits like berries and cucumber. My favourite was #18, because you can never go wrong with mango and pineapple! They're regular $12.50 each, so it's not an everyday spend for me, but great for a pick me up or for some added mid-day energy. I could taste the freshness in the juices, and great staff too!

Clean bright and airy. Nice nook in this block. Jeffrey provided fab service - really friendly and professional. We enjoyed all three juices we had. Was able to swap out banana on the smoothie as my dad doesn’t like it. Delicious quality. Nice comfy seats to eat in. Would recommend.

I love this place! The food is delicious. The coffee is unreal, and the pressed juices are really tasty. The Mediterranean falafel wrap is bomb. And bonus if you get to experience Jeffrey at this location who utterly brightened my day.

Jeffrey is nice until he gets something incorrect! Twice this has happened I came into collect my order today that stated us was ready . He didn’t have it made told me he was busy. He then made my order incorrectly to the instructions online and got flustered about it.. I went to eat the açai bowl out in a park and it had super hard banana inedible when I called him he got offended said he can eat the banana and refused to offer a new bowl only banana but told me they are all the same. Get someone working here with less attitude when it comes to finding a solution. He gets snappy and is not a good impression for glory juice . Do better Jeffrey telling me in a rude manner contact head office I will!
