Amazing service and great food.
Food was pretty good with good portion. UNFORTUNATELY, cashier was so bad. Forced my mom to give more than 10% of tip, because we were 2 dollars short. That type of service is not right.
Pretty good food but they don't put in your order and they don't give you the food, I ordered the crunchy noodles and they didn't give it, it took them 38 minutes I asked 4 waiters to get it, what did I get nothing. I barely got to eat anything 😩.
Ordered food here. They didnt have a menu item available and gave replacement items. Chose one and an hour later they didnt have my order. Called them about it and were completely clueless. Nobody took responsiblity. At the end i got no food no apology and no customer service. Do not recommend this place at all
They have some interesting menu items. The quality can hit and miss. Sometimes the fish may be overcooked or not be the freshest. But the value is decent and the servers are attentive.
Dim sum is excellent. Huge portions. Dumplings are twice the size as normal. Done perfectly.

I visited Golden Swan for dim sum, but the beef balls were raw. When I pointed it out, the server initially denied it until I showed clear evidence. The lack of care in food preparation and dismissive attitude was shocking. Not a place I’d recommend.

Honestly, I think Golden Swan’s ratings should be higher than 3.9. I think it’s better than Sun sui wah, western lake and even Kirin. It’s a bit more of an old school vibe, less affected by hipsters, which I prefer. Nothing pretentious here—just good old fashioned dim sum. The staff are actually pretty attentive and nice, at least compared to western lake where they just yell at you, or seem annoyed to have to deal with you (even with my Cantonese speaking husband!)

Big portions! Tastes great! After eating, you can also go for a walk in the small park opposite.

Both Jenny & Amy are excellent staffs but I am saying good bye to them. Thanks for these ladies service for the past decade. The owner ( white head old man) treated us like dirt. We stopped going there anymore. The fact that he ignored us when we wanted to give him some advice about the food quality which had been going down hills. The place was not like used to be. So long lady server.
