Bubble tea here is mediocre but the mochi donuts are pretty good. Service is basically non-existent, and sometimes downright rude. Atmosphere is cramped with tables taken up with cardboard boxes and supplies.

Ordered a few times before. Their flavors always get sold out right after placing an order and you get 6 of the the least popular flavors. Very Skinny donut and not enough topping, glaze and chocolate coating. Not worth $$

Amazing slush drinks. We had mango and strawberry slushes, it was just great. One of the best slushes I’ve ever had.5 stars because the food was over expectation but the service is just okay. You order from an iPad and no one to say hello.We didn’t have any but Mochi donuts looked delicious.
Mochi donuts are so good. We arrived around passed 7 and they were having 20% off the donuts!!

Very dishonest vendor. We ordered "too good to go" under the bread and pastry category and on their picture they show docuts. But when we picked up the surprise bag, it was 4 black tea??!! Obvious this is not unsold food left at the end of the day. They quickly whipped up the tea and pocket the money. This is very dishonest practice on their part.

they open at 1pm for a donut shop which is ridiculous. and they only have 2 flavors available at opening hour. ordered 6 diff flavors and 6 donuts came with 2 flavors. go to cartems or lucky that has all flavors ready to go at 7am lol. a joke of a lazy

Amazing bubble tea place!!I got the black bubble milk tea and it was perfect. Not too sweet (but you can ask for sweeter if you want) with the black tea adding the perfect bold flavour hard to explain too those who have never had black tea. Perfect amount of tapioca pearls, adding a light sweetness as you ate them.Costumer service was great, really friendly employee with the drink coming out in about a minute; keep in mind though, i did come later in the day when the store had very few people so if it takes longer when their in a rush please be patient, it’s worth it!! Will definitely be coming back!would love to try their mochi donuts as i love mochi but i did just have a small question i was wondering if anyone could answer; do the donuts contain any four other then just rice flour? i have a gluten allergy (not celiac but still not fun) and i was just wondering
