$4 donut id expect quality tasting donuts. Purple yam taste only sugar, same with blueberry one. Matcha is good but still very expensive for what it is for. Selections are few and whats on their menu board arent available. They should have regular flavours available [as in their menu] and advertised seasonal flavours as addition ti their selections so theres no disappoinments for people getting into your shop and no turn abouts leaving bad taste and probably wont be coming back potential customers. Had mago slush 50%sugar and its still very sweet, i wonder how sweet it would be if its not 50% sweet.
I wanna see this place run long as it got good potential as there arent much shop like this. Please consider cuatomer retention by lowering your donut price, 4bucks is too much specially in package box. Consider redusing your sugar and give true flavour for the donut like the yam, etc... and again the sugar in your drinks... and your regular and seasonal flavors availability for standard on ur menu.

Mochi donut was delicious, but the drink are terrible. Ice is 80% as you can see on the photo. Like come on i basically finished it in 5 sips....

This is one of my fave cafes nearby. I really liked the services and food with the elder gentleman and younger lady.
Recently there has been an elder lady who gave me wrong orders, she mentioned Japanese tea but it was Jasmine tea. Also mentioned there was no coffee. The other staff came in to handle the shift but finds out they had coffee. Im not sure if she didnt know how to handle the machine but definitely, I wouldnt visit if she was in the store.

Just never buy from Too Good to Go because this store is selling their leftovers with the original price. I paid $14 and got two cups of fruit tea whose original price is $7 each. Exactly the same price as the original one. Also they set the price on TGTG to be dynamic. So the earlier you place the order, the more money you pay.

The donuts are on the acceptable level of sweetness that will not give you a toothache. I tried all 9 flavours they have and I love the matcha and pistachio flavours. I left the box out on the counter for overnight because I was worried they’ll hardened if I put them on the fridge like the other donuts but they end up too soft. Then I placed them in the fridge and they’re fine like how I bought them. I will come back for sure.

I just didn't know what to expect when it said "mochi" donut, but its texture wasn't like anything I've tried before. It was more chewy than a regular donut, but nothing compared to a mochi. Besides its unique texture, it's just yummy and addictive! Anyone who wants a donut with a fun twist should try it!
Very delicious, good amount, and reasonable pricing! We got 6 mochi donuts one of every flavour that was available, and it was pretty nice. I've been to many places before, and this one in particularfelt a bit empty and the donuts looked smaller but, they had a back to school deal and we got a free drink! Overall, good place if you are craving some mochi donuts and boba.

If you’re not into customer service, you may wanna shut down this place. Scaring little girls and screaming at families is unacceptable. Very rude man behind the counter. Never coming back here again

I took my nieces to get mochi donuts but they were sold out. I simply asked the man working what else was available and he kept yelling at me saying “I DONT KNOW!” He scared my niece and was very rude. I will never go back to a place with such rude service again.

Came in to grab doughnuts, but they didn’t have any. The information wasn’t displayed on their instagram and their website doesn’t work. When asked about it, the man just said “no” to us rudely with no eye contact whatsoever.
