I ordered a waffle and donuts today around 12pm and the man who served me was so rude, lack of customer service skills. The food is also NOT it. It’s overprice, and not worth it. Please don’t go here. I only went because Tim Hortons is underconstruction and I thought this store is a good place to get donuts.

Great place, previously only tried their doughnuts they are awesome, this time went for katsu set - pork striploin and had great experience breading is so crispy and juicy delicious pork inside with a side of rice and freshly shredded on mandolin cabbage & miso.

My favourite place to ever go to. The staff are so kind and friendly, the drinks and donuts are divine, and the overall cozy atmosphere is so comforting. Just went today to try the new food items and i ordered the pork strip loin set with prawn. it was so delicious! So tender and crispy, it’s a must try!

We tried the strawberry, white chocolate, and cinnamon doughnuts, and they were great. They're super light and chewy, almost like dough balls. Even though they're a little pricey, it's worth it for how unique they are.

Food is good, but as the other reviewers say, customer service is very bad. I was kinda scared when the guy took my order today because he looked a bit not in a good mood. 😓😥 btw, i just ordered something donuts and easy milk tea tho 😭
We come here quite often as they had a bubble waffle drink combo. They stopped offering it which is too bad. The lady that served us today was THE WORST. So grumpy, seemed like she did not want to work there. Was not helpful, did not know the drinks, had zero customer service skills. She almost didn’t come out of the back when we arrive, had to call out multiple times before she came to serve us. Would love to keep coming here but the service from her was horrible.

$4 donut id expect quality tasting donuts. Purple yam taste only sugar, same with blueberry one. Matcha is good but still very expensive for what it is for. Selections are few and whats on their menu board arent available. They should have regular flavours available [as in their menu] and advertised seasonal flavours as addition ti their selections so theres no disappoinments for people getting into your shop and no turn abouts leaving bad taste and probably wont be coming back potential customers. Had mago slush 50%sugar and its still very sweet, i wonder how sweet it would be if its not 50% sweet.
I wanna see this place run long as it got good potential as there arent much shop like this. Please consider cuatomer retention by lowering your donut price, 4bucks is too much specially in package box. Consider redusing your sugar and give true flavour for the donut like the yam, etc... and again the sugar in your drinks... and your regular and seasonal flavors availability for standard on ur menu.
