Gong cha is good in terms of diverse menu but it's really sweet for my taste. Even at 50 percent sweetness, I jumped out of my seat as it wired me instantly.

The owner/management/whoever needs to tell the person working that the customers that are in store and in front of them should take priority over incoming Ubereats/takeout orders.Today I popped in to get one of their new Grape flavours and there was one person in front of me. The counter person finished up a take out order and while she was making the drink of the person in front of me, a chime went off and I'm assuming that was a take out or ubereats order. She finished up with the person ahead of me and then got on the phone to listen to the incoming order which turned out to be two drinks. Meanwhile, two women came in and stood behind me. I stood there dumbfounded and waited because I honestly I wanted to see what was going to happen. The woman behind the counter started making the takeout order. She didn't even say, "One moment" or "Hold on" or give any reason why an order that came in after me would take precedence. I turned and walked out after waiting already 15 minutes. I won't be back. This is actually the second time I've waited way too long for a drink here. I'll go to the location on Granville next time. I don't think wanting to be helped in the order you get there is that much to ask for.
