Shout out to MomoChan( not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) very courteous and pleasant to talk to. Could definitely handle the costumer rush hour, deserves a raise :)

Excellent bubble tea - perfect sweetness and flavour. The Bubble waffles were made to order and delicious. They are an extensive menu and service was quick and kind. Wait was about 7 minutes for the waffle. Would definitely return here.

Amazing bubble teas. Tried their Regular Milk Tea and Momona was super kind and attentive to our details. Customized as per our tastes! Must try for sure 🙌
I like the drinks here and they're usually pretty quick. I'm just sad that there is only one, maybe two options on the menu that are both dairy free and caffeine free.

Actually the drink itself was really good One of the better ones that I’ve had only Macu in Richmond makes a better strawberry drink. Negatives were Location (downtown Granville was difficult to find parking and pricey just to get a drink). Biggest negative was they decided to lie about a promotion (Snoopy). We got the tumblers at price that was advertised but the straw cap(see photo) the drink barrista decided to get sneaky and said they costed $5 in cash only After when we got home we found out they’re given out if you buy a certain amount. We spent way over that amount now thinking about what we spent we should of gotten a tumbler for free too. I guess the barrista got a tumbler for free at our expense the experience left a sour taste about the company
