A place where even a star is a waste of time. I usually like Gongcha, so I went to many other branches, but it's the first time in a place like this, so I'm speechless. It was the worst service of my life. It wasn't even friendly and hygienic. employees are really rude and don't know how to treat customers. At first, my bubble tea was made incorrectly due to the staff's mistake, so when I said the mistake, I tried to make it again roughly so that it was not hygienic by tearing the cover off the top with my bare hands. I was so angry that I asked her to make a new one again, but she got annoyed and made it for me with very little syrup, unlike the original recipe. When I protested again, she was rather annoyed with me. What's wrong with being annoyed with a customer without saying a word of apology for their wrongdoing? I won't go here again.

EDIT: They replied saying that I could come back to have my drink remade, so I took them up on their offer. This time instead of choosing on my own, I received their help with deciding what drink would be right for me. I ended up getting the Panda Milk Tea with 50% sugar and 30% ice. It turned out to be perfect for me in term of sweetness and ice, so I was really able to enjoy my drink this time. I also found out I really like their white pearls! It's like coconut jelly but better!I really didn't expect this level of service from them, but they really went above and beyond to make it right this time around. Thank you assistant manager!==================================I don't often write negative reviews, but sometimes that's just how it is.I ordered a large Honey Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly for $7.93. It's rather costly, even among the typical high prices charged for BBT. But $8 isn't a whole lot to pay for a dose of temporary happiness right? Well, turns out it was actually $8 for temporary dissatisfaction.I asked for 70% sugar and regular ice. The sweetness level was still rather sweet, but it's 70%, so I can't complain. However, the ice was obscene to say the least. Typically regular ice means a reasonable amount of ice. My cup was literally filled to the brim with ice, which as a result made my drink taste watered down. Is it my fault for requesting regular ice? Well, if "regular ice" meant fill up the entire cup with ice, then sure I will take the blame. However, every other BBT place I have visited actually uses a reasonable amount of ice for their "regular ice".Of course that one mishap isn't worth a 1 star review. Well, don't forget that this is also already more expensive than the average BBT drink.My next issue is that the coffee jelly was disappointing. $1 for coffee jelly and yet I received a pitifully small portion. In addition, the jelly had barely any coffee flavor compared to other BBT shop's coffee jelly (e.g. Shiny Tea). This should probably be named "coffee scented jelly" instead. Not to mention, the shape of the coffee jelly was rather large and made it difficult to drink through the straw. I had half of my coffee jelly remain after I finished my drink, and I even tried to reposition my straw to get as much jelly in as I could.I'm a little sad with my drink, but probably more sad at myself for spending $8 to be disappointed.Tl;dr: $8 for a cup of ice topped with Honey Milk Tea and a meager amount of difficult to drink coffee jelly that probably should be called coffee scented jelly

The Manager Kar Le treats their staff so poorly and they're so understaffed here. The person who worked here today gave our Fantuan Order to someone else and then he tried to tell us to chase down the Fantuan delivery guy to get our bubble tea back because it's not his fault that he gave our bubble tea away.He wouldn't take responsibility for giving the bubble tea away 'cause he said he technically already completed the order and if we wanted our bubble tea we would have to make another order through Fantuan. And he told me he didn't care about customer service because he was quitting next week anyways.In the end we had to contact the manager ourselves and call him in order to get the bubble tea that we already paid for. And we spent an hour and a half at the store in total.TLDR: poor customer service

It's a waste to give a star. The service of the employees was the worst, they didn't admit to their mistakes and didn't even apologize. There's no sense of responsibility for thier work, and it's the worst service I've ever had. I went in a good mood, but I ruined my mood here. I'm so disappointed.

If there's zero star I will give zero to this bubble tea place. The tea tasted like bad edible essence, it's also way too sweet even though I asked for 30% sugar. We also asked not to add any ice, but ice was added anyways. The lady works there had an attitude like we owe her a million dollars...I will not go to any Gong cha place rest of my life thanks to this experience, avoid at all cost!
