Whats up with the random hour closed for break time when they said order is ready by XXX time but at that time whole store is closed?

It’s absolutely fine to have your break time (like an hour ) but it would be nice if you could update that on Google so we know

Went in for some Onigiri, employee didn't say hello or reply when I said hi. Rice was firm and tasted uncooked or if it was in the fridge for multiple days before selling. Probably won't be back. Tough finding good Onigiri around here.

Ordered a large poke bowl. The tuna i thought would be like raw tuna sashimi, but no it was tuna and mayo the kind you expect in your sandwich. The tofu as well was not what i expected. The bowl had no rice either. Just lettuce. Not going to order this again

I used to really like this place. Came back today and was disappointed. Avocado in the salmon avo cone was completely rotten. Rice was a bit stale

was all good until I came back again with bad customer service. Just like the other review, after a month or two when they change the staff member, she’s rude and disrespectful. Girl don’t work in customer service if you don’t wanna serve customers.

Ordered the kimbap triangle thing. Right before I opened it, I could feel it was rock hard. I took a bite, and it was unsurprisingly, stale. Store did not pick up the phone to try and rectify the issue.

Was so excited to try their onigiri but was very disappointed ? rice was sooooo dry and hard making them completely inedible. Ended up throwing out all 3 I purchased. Hopefully it was just a bad day, but not sure I will be coming back.

Food is ok but worst customer service ever. I was there for lunch on July 3, 2024 at 1pm, the lady behind the counter seemed like she hates to be there. Not even a hello, she looked grumpy and she was rude. Never be back.

Their triangle kimbap's rice was very old and mushy and there wasn't much tuna filling. It was the equivalent of sushi from a conveniencestore. I should have gotten kimbap from Hmart across the street but thought this place would be better. Staff was rude I my friend and I felt uncomfortable. I only liked the interior asthetics.

Staff member working during the June 7th 1PM shift seemed like she didn't want to work, forgot to give the cup ramen for the combo we ordered, and was overall giving off a rude attitude.

Food was ok. Sometimes it feels not fresh. Break time 4pm-5pm. But the employee goes off break 3.50pm and come back 5.15pm. Just beware of that
