The food was amazing. So different and delicious. I wasn't expecting an order from the counter style. And was a little let down from the atmosphere inside. Was expecting more of a cozy almost coffee shop vibe from previous pictures. Felt more like a take out place. Did not enjoy the smoothies. Tossed them out.

Love their bbt so much. My favorite is mochi oreo milk tea. Perfect for hot summer day. Their pancake are good too, I like the strawberry flavor. Atmosphere & decor 10/10, so cute ?

Pancakes are really fluffy and really good. Be of a wait but great!
1 star for the fluffiness of the pancake and 1 star for the pearls which were good. But it was a below average experience as we waited 30+ mins for this and the earl grey cream was barely enough to cover the top pancake. We had to ask for syrup. The shop had 1 menu that was sticky and gross and this location doesn't have the other stuff like french toast. All the menus on the wall were drinks, i.e. bbt and smoothies, but no one comes to Gram for bbt, c'mon! This is a pretty poorly managed franchise of the actual Gram in Japan. I won't be returning.
Just a fun post - want to support your local Japanese pancake place with a variety of drinks from boba to happy hour specials? Then come here! Spacious seating area, great for students and friends catching up over drinks.

Loved my pancakes. They melt in your mouth. Did not like the 2 drinks I ordered. Got a green coloured smoothie and it was too icy, needed some element of dairy. The cold brew was also disappointing…not enough coffee flavor. A great place to hang out. The giant pile of pancakes were a hit with the kids and kept them occupied for the entire wait for the pancakes (~15-20 mins). Would go again and try diff drinks.
AMAZING FOOD!!! I got a prosciutto sandwich (also had bocconcini, arugula, and probably a bit of heaven) and a London fog bubble tea and both were to die for! The person who served us was very friendly and it was such a nice place to spend lunch with friends. Will be coming back soon for sure!!!!

Large, spacious cafe to enjoy some refreshments and desserts.Their drink menu is quite extensive with hot and cold options. Milk teas, smoothies, slushies, shakes, coffee and TWG tea. They specialize in Japanese style pancakes which are like fluffy buns and served with various fruit fillings. Choose your favourite fresh fruit or try something new like Black Sesame.Ray’s Tips:Free parking could be found on side streets.Paid parking at T&T lot but if you grocery shop at same time you can get reimbursed.Cash and Credit accepted.

I wanted to try their fluffy pancakes at first but the portion was too big so I decided to try a small strawberry pancake and I’m so glad I did! The caramel macchiato iced coffee taste exactly like what I wanted.

Such a beautiful cafe! Lots of seating and great ambiance. We had the salmon and avocado pancakes which was more delicious than i expected for the savory variety. The dish is quite filling, I shared half with my friend and felt decently full. The small matcha pancake and the matcha latte had great matcha flavor!

Came here with friends and was not disappointed. I ordered the bacon & hollandaise eggs with pancakes. My friends had a regular of pancakes and a banana foster pancakes. These were all super delicious. It was counter service for ordering and the server there was friendly & patient as she talked with us about the different smoothies they had. Would definitely return.

I wanted to share my disappointment about my visit to your location yesterday. I was really looking forward to trying the shuffle pancake, but it didn't live up to my expectations. It turns out the pancake was pre-made and lacked the freshness I was hoping for.As someone who's a big fan of Gram, I've been to three other locations before, and they've always maintained a high level of professionalism. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet the same standard. It left me feeling dissatisfied, and I can't help but feel like I wasted my time and money. Thanks for listening.

I was there late at night, so it wasn't very busy, but the service was great, the food was good, and it was a quiet and pleasant atmosphere

Lovely cafe with good coffee, a diverse menu and a unique Japanese pancake offering ?The ambience is cool, high ceilings with enough seating and some cute furnishings. What's unique about this place is definitely the variety of drinks they offer, including cheesy iced tea with fruit infusions that are really tasty (we tried the strawberry ? iced black tea), strong tea flavors and good fruit flavors (using actual fruit rather than syrups).

Came here for an afternoon snack & was really glad we got to try the premium souffle pancakes. They were soft & fluffy with a more egg-y flavour than non souffle pancakes which I enjoyed!Would have loved a bit more syrup but there was a good amount of cream so the dish wasn't too dry. Most of the tables were taken up by people studying, leaving only the communal table for everyone else to sit. Not sure how I would feel about that situation as the owner but at least the cafe wasn't too noisy.
