Dined in the other night and had a great time. Service was very nice and personable and the food was excellent. Wish I went here more often beforehand. They will be closing down in a few weeks as the owners are retiring. Congratulations on retirement and thank you for the food!

They have so many items on their menu. We do not know which one to order so we made our choice looking at the pictures. The food we ate are all so good and very tasty. The lady server was very welcoming and friendly. Ask for their chilli in oil it goes best with all the food which elevates the taste come try them out.

Excellent customer service and food.

The restaurant was completely empty so we were a bit concernedIt was a pleasant surprise that the food was delicious, very reasonably priced, and the service was kind & attentive. Their homemade chili flakes were amazing as well. Will definitely return.

Really incredible takeout. The vegetarian options are flavorful and GREAT portions! Enough for lunch tomorrow after dinner tonight. Don’t miss this delicious spot!EDIT: After our second takeout experience I’m having second thoughts. We were offered a free item that was not included in our order and the beef I ate made me sick. Not sure we’ll be going back.

I’m assuming the food will be as great as the service and atmosphere here. I’m staying in the area and wanted some Chinese. I ordered take out but here I still sit finishing my drink and reading a book. The server pointed out that I should have eaten here. I’m good. My fortune says “Be prepared to receive something special.” I’m thinking that’ll be my dinner. Mmmmm

Came here with friends who were visiting from out of the country and we all loved the food. We tried many dishes and every dish was delicious and the quantity was generous. The owner was super friendly and made sure we had a good meal. We will back again to try more dishes from their extensive menu.

My favorite restaurant for 16 years when I lived near Fraser. Still travel from Port Moody to eat there sometimes. We had many happy family dinners there too at the round table. My favorite dish is the rock cod and tofu hot pot…

This is our go to restaurant for yummy take out!! Debbie and her team are always so gracious and wonderful to deal with! We are slowly going through their menu. Some of their outstanding dishes we love are the braised fried cod (half, boneless)in garlic sauce!!! Can you say the best deep fried fish in town?Their shredded chicken chow mein is a generous portion, very tasty with nice amount of protein, and veggies to noodles. The Peking duck (two courses) is wonderful! The duck meat is diced up fine with veggies and so refreshing with the lettuce wraps! Their complimentary hot and sour soup, and or crispy spring rolls is delicious! With prices of food going up these days Grand View Szechuan has kept their prices reasonable and quality of food up! We love supporting great local businesses! PS we’ve picked up as well as had delivered and the food is always consistent!

Very nice owners/staff, and it's a family restaurant. They truly care about their customers and have been in the business for many, many years. The atmosphere is laid back, warm, and cosy. We could truly relax.Their food is fresh and flavourful. They were kind enough to accommodate our requests and granted the dinner combo for dine in, which was plentiful and delicious. Their chili oil is also made in house, and you can taste the garlic in it, which was a delight.We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness!

The take out meal looked great until I looked closer. 80% of the two dishes I bought were noodles. 20% of the dish was meat and veggies which doesn’t give 2 adults sufficient source of protein. Cheap!!!
