Granville room is my favourite place on earth. There is no better place to get a nice crisp tequila soda listening to the best music to have ever been produced played by the best dj's you will ever experience. I've met my bestest friends ever here and have never been happier than I've been when on the dance floor bustin a move. Highly reccomend getting Bottle service too.

!!DON’T GO HERE!! I was here a little while ago and asked for a vodka soda, obviously thinking it would be well vodka because who in their right mind wouldn’t think that. NOPE charged for PREMIUM vodka! Ontop of that they Autograt every bill and hide the signs they have to show for it. The girls working don’t have half a brain. Will never go back and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My girlfriend and I went to this place for AfroBeats night. This was our first true night out in Vancouver since we've been in town for vacation. The bartenders and the overall vibe was great this was the best bar we went to in Vancouver. I would recommend anybody that's coming into town or anybody in general to come to this bar.

The bar is empty (you can see from the outside) and it’s 2am!! but the security is not letting anyone to “balance” the mix. If you look are poor/ugly just go somewhere else. Security think they own this place

I really liked the burger here, the place is no e and the staff is great! The burguers come alone you will have to order side dishes like fries or salads, overall good prices, you'll pay around 12 dollars for a burger.

The place is really good. However, this happened on the night of September 4 / early morning September 5. The bouncers outside the bar at that particular time seemed racially biased as well as biased towards allowing their own friends / known people in. We stood in the line since 1:15 am and were told they’ll allow us in once 40 folks get out of the bar. However, an hour later and many more exits from multiple people (as we could witness in front of us), they were allowing random other folks in, who arrived after us. No, we did not misbehave, shout, abuse or act in any untoward manner.. Further. We were extremely patient. Yet, an hour later @ 2:15 am we had to leave without getting an entry. If this place wants to run well, perhaps just ensure that there is some sort of fairness in the entry system.
Doorman made us wait even though there was space to get in and when we pointed this out he demanded $20 per person. Our money would have miraculously created space interestingly. Plus it's a "no cover" establishment last time I checked so that's not cool. Hard to recommend

I went here on Saturday! I was in a line for so long..and apparently you need to be there friends to get in..There was a security guy with hat, he let over 20 ppl walking in in different time just because there a friend with him And 3 ppl paid him 20.. it’s not cool if they all pay 20 then it’s fair at least! I stayed till over midnight and they let us.. but it was too late by than for me…

The Granville Room is always an exceptional place to gather with friends. Amazing tunes and the drinks are always top notch - go to spot for the weekend! My only complaint is that I wish they opened every day of the week. Thanks Granville Room, keep the good vibes coming!

No dancing right now. How to enjoy a Reggae night without dancing? Drinks were delicious. No mingling with tables. Just a weird vibe. Not the establishments fault, just an awkward time.
