A favourite spot. Incredible service and delightful food and beverages. Will go back again and again!
We had a group of 5 walk into this cozy, intimate bar without a reservation and the staff was very accommodating in finding a way to get us sat! I am so glad it worked out because this ended up being our favorite bar we went to in Vancouver!
All the drinks we drank were wonderful. The natural wine selection was well curated, the cocktails were delicious, and their homemade cocktail sodas were a unique (and yummy) pair of drinks that really stood out. I had two drinks at this establishment that were unlike anything I’ve ever drank before: One being one of their soda-cocktails and the other being their cocktail with charcoal in it (I can’t remember the name).
I can’t recommend this place enough, go and try it (but try and get there early or make a reservation)!
Came for my first time and I’ll be honest the food was either salty or underwhelming. I won’t shoot it down though I had a fun time. Will be back for the wine and drinks and maybe try some different food
I was happy to try this place finally but the food was a bit hit and miss. Sorta salty and a little disappointing
This is a lovely cocktail bar. Dorian is very talented. I had a wonderful time here on Valentine’s Day.
Charming, intimate cocktail bar with daily features and small plates. The Red Door cocktail was a standout—layered, balanced, and delicious. Loved the beef croquette and sablefish too. Portions are small but high quality. No happy hour, but worth it. Great spot for creative drinks. Highly recommend booking ahead!
The place is small but cozy. The decor is vintage but hip. We loved the small bites - beef croquette was heavenly delicious! The sablefish was another beautiful master piece - glazed sauce adored the fresh fish. It was smooth and tender. We had the daily featured cocktails which was a crowd pleasers. Easy to drink and good for a little relaxation. However - Red Door was the best! It was awesome and I'd go back for it again. The service was alright. Overall, had a great time and loved it!
Great cocktails , food was excellent although portions were quite small considering the price
Great drinks and food. Portions are a little on the small end for sharing, wouldn’t recommend for dinner but good for some cocktails and small eats with friends.
My husband and I came here for pre-dinner drinks and snacks. We had a wonderful time ! This place is so unique and a hidden gem in the South Granville area. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable . We definitely will come here again !

Fun little bar and amazing food. Owen was very entertaining and made the experience.
Balanced cocktails with rotating creative drinks. The mixologist clearly has a passion for what they do. A good variety of snacks and some larger plates to choose from. Nice ambience and the staff is wonderful. Always a pleasure to visit.
This place was a complete letdown from start to finish. I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely feel scammed and frustrated enough to write this. I came in excited, expecting a top-tier cocktail experience, instead, I got a $20 old fashioned that tasted like it had been thrown together by someone who had never made one before.
The bartender, who barely understood the menu, was completely unprepared and lacked even basic communication skills. My friend waited 40 minutes, for a drink that showed up in a short glass packed with ice, overflowing like someone had just dumped a soda on the bar. It was laughably bad.
We left feeling cheated and confused how this place has any reputation at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself the money, time, and disappointment, go literally anywhere else
Quaint place and staff were nice
However, it's not worth it for the price. Portions are very, very small and very expensive. $27 for tuna crudo and there was less than 2 ounces of tuna and a few julienned pear slices. That's it.
Good was ok, but not great. Shame the portions are getting smaller just a few bites for $70 meal is wild.
Some enjoyable food options with fairly strong drinks. Overall I thought Grapes & Soda was a unique spot I enjoyed trying.
