Just stopped by Gringo Tacos and had to give a shoutout to Evan — service was top-notch and the tacos were unreal. Easily the best taco spot around. Flavor, freshness, and vibe were all on point. Highly recommend!

Charles, Jason, Aaron, and Jas literally make my whole experience. I love these kiddos to death! They keep the place spunky. The new manager Colin keeps the ship running smoothly. The supporting cast for honourable mention, Hunter for being the fastest learning new hire in the west. Brandon for coming in hot and keeping the heat.

Lovely staff. Very very loud spot. I brought earplugs and helped! Cute for times you don't need to hear conversation or for times you wanna be real close to chat.
Veggie tacos are hit and miss. Some good, others meh, none super amazing. La Taqueria has better veg and fish tacos and this is based on coming to both spots many times.
I loved this place. We went there for tacos and cocktails. Both things were bomb!. I would definitely visit again whenever I get the chance to go to Vancouver.
