Just stopped by Gringo Tacos and had to give a shoutout to Evan — service was top-notch and the tacos were unreal. Easily the best taco spot around. Flavor, freshness, and vibe were all on point. Highly recommend!

Charles, Jason, Aaron, and Jas literally make my whole experience. I love these kiddos to death!
They keep the place spunky. The new manager Colin keeps the ship running smoothly. The supporting cast for honourable mention, Hunter for being the fastest learning new hire in the west. Brandon for coming in hot and keeping the heat.

Although I'm not typically drawn to Mexican cuisine, I discovered a restaurant that piqued my interest in unexpected ways. The vibrant atmosphere and colorful decor set the stage for an exciting experience. While the main dishes didn't quite resonate with my taste preferences, the cocktails were a delightful surprise. Each drink was expertly crafte and left me wanting more.
