I’ve never been a fan of cinnamon buns and have made fun of them forever... turns out, I just hadn’t had a good one until I tried one here. Warm, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness… I've been converted. Can't wait to go back for another or 2 or 3.

Awesome cinnamon buns! We also had an egg, ham and bacon breakfast wrap and a mocha. The wrap is pretty basic with very minimal ham and bacon but quite filling, and the mocha was also basic. The cinnamon buns are definitely a must try.

The service here is horrendous, they made a simple mistake on my order because they weren't paying attention to me, when I was ordering that we're looking everywhere and trying to multitask at the same time and then when they made a mistake they were surprised. And when I said I apologize but I believe this may have been made incorrectly or it's somebody else's and we asked around it was nobody else's should have been mine, and it was made incorrectly, and then they got upset and blamed me for it when I try to explain it their attitude was holier than art thou as if they're better than everyone else. My order was correctly in the system as I ordered it, but they didn't make it correctly. These people have no understanding of taking accountability for doing something incorrectly even though it's not even a big issue it's not something to get angry about you just make something again but they think they're completely perfect here based on this experience. These people should not be anywhere near the service industry, cuz their service is horrible and have no understanding of what proper service is to actually focus on a customer and then a tone for your mistakes. Don't go here go to some other place anywhere else but here. Too bad my lunch break from work what should have been good!

Have been a grounds for coffee cinnamon bun enthusiast since 2017, and would never get a cinnamon bun from any other place. I got one today and I’ve never been so underwhelmed. The icing is not sweet or cream-cheesey, there is barely any cinnamon sugar filling.
Not sure if it was just a bad batch, which I can excuse. But to also now charge $6.20 for a singular bun is absolutely insane. Especially for the quality received.
Granted, I’ve mostly been visiting the commercial drive location so maybe the quality and taste varies between the two stores. But this was such a disappointing experience. I would gladly come back if there is certainty that the cinnamon buns can go back to what they used to be (and lower in price).
