I had an amazing night at this bar! The atmosphere was lively, the service was great, and the highlight was definitely the live music. Tissa and her band were absolutely incredible , talented, energetic, and they created such a fun vibe for everyone. You could feel the passion in every song.

Went to Guilt &Co, in Gastown Vancouver, on December 3, 2025, to see Cambie Bridge Band do their JAZZ rendition. It was a great evening and will definitely go back next time they play there. Guilt &Co. has a great vibe and wonderful service by the amazing hosts there. My only issue was with the food that was cold when arrived at our table. I don’t mind eating cold pizza the next morning, but not on the night before😊.

Entrance fee is $15/person. Live music. Lots of people. There is a small dance floor. Nice place. I've been there three times and have always been delighted with the performers.

Visited for a birthday celebration and arrived early to enjoy food and drinks before the peak period. We informed staff that we were celebrating a birthday, but there was no acknowledgment of the occasion at any point during the visit. While this is not an obligation, most full-service establishments typically offer a simple gesture.

Service throughout the evening appeared strained. Multiple servers and the supervisor seemed overextended, and their interactions came across as rushed and unwelcoming. Although the room became busy, professionalism should remain consistent regardless of volume. Our group continued ordering—totaling over $300 in food and beverages—but still felt indirectly pressured to vacate the table as the evening progressed.

When we asked for a candle for a dessert, we were told, very directly, that the kitchen did not have any. No alternative was offered. Most comparable operations keep a small supply on hand for occasions, even on high-volume nights, so this was surprising.

One guest returned an order of fish tacos due to noticeably bland fish and tortillas compared with previous visits. The supervisor stated the recipe had not changed and responded with, “What do you want to do about it?” rather than offering solutions proactively. Only after we asked for available options was the issue resolved.

Overall, the experience fell short of basic hospitality standards, especially for a special occasion. The food quality was mixed, and the service felt reactive rather than guest-focused. Based on this visit, I would not recommend the venue for celebrations.

Great place to enjoy live music.
However, not the best place to have a chat at all, as it is extremely loud.
Food is okay for a bar, cocktails are nice but a bit pricey.
It's always very busy so the service is not the best and the staff is on a rush and seems stressed out.

Wonderful time. Tourist spending a couple days in Gastown. Saw a sign for live music and just popped in. Surprised to find high quality cocktails and a wonderful guitar duo. Will be coming back

I just got off work, wanted to just chill and have a cocktail, then this guy shows up, unbelievable, Scott, worth coming to an intimate setting, so lovely! Cover only $7 and the Cocktails are delicious!

I had the worst service in my entire life. The female hostess was so incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Ruined my entire night. I won’t be coming back.

Beautiful live music and awesome vibes, some salsa dancing and wholesome atmosphere! We came for the cocktails, original and yummy, but we were welcomed with a lot more! Unexpectedly more expensive since you have to pay 7$ per set, but the vibes were worth the price

My friends and I went for jazz night and we had the most amazing time! We made the whole place dance by the end of the night!
