I am not a picky eater and like all kinds of food in general. Overall the service and ambience was good but the food quality was below my expectation. We were “lazy” and went for the dineout menu and the half of the dishes were too salty(salad and smelt was too fishy but I guess that's expected), the pork belly could better and boiled eggs came cold, in the end the cheesecake was also too dry and the texture just wasn't right. Maybe I will give a try with the regular menu next time.

Fresh and tasty food. Enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurante and very good service! Heaters under the kotatsu were not working? Quite cold.

I have nothing to complain about. That's why I've been coming back to this beautiful place for over ten years.

Great experience dining with a couple of families and friends together. Great variety of flavours among the many shared plates we ordered. My 10-year-old son also rated it the "best chicken he's ever had."

Been curious to try this place since I saw a lot of people come and go, and absolutely not regretting it a bit. All foods are EXCEPTIONAL✨
We ordered the Izakaya Tasting Course along with their sushi, beef tongue, truffle udon, pizza lobster, oden, etc. Surprisingly they were perfect for party of 6 despite the portion seems small and not fulfilling. I personally like their mackerel sushi and tuna tataki!
Would love to go back and try their lunch set next time!

The food was great and drinks were good as well, but was disappointed in the seating. Interesting how they accepted our reservation for 6, but didn't actually have space for us. Overall, decent experience, but would want to confirm they actually have seating to accommodate. Lesson learned if ever going back with more than 2 people.

Found hair in my salad and was offered 5 dollars compensation out of the 140 dollar combo that we ordered. Please tell me if I am crazy to be unsatisfied. Not to mention each glass of beverage was 100 mL with ice filled to the brim and was 2.50 each. Also the portions are tiny in the combo for two.

I just came back from a trip to Japan a month ago and the food here took me back to Japan. The katsu curry was comforting for a cold and rainy Vancouver afternoon and the items in the vegan bento were delicious. Also tried the yuzu ginger ale, super refreshing. Highly recommend this place!
