This place is the perfect place to go for when you want a hint of Vietnam! I love their drinks so much, I make sure to visit them everytime I get a chance. Unfortunately, sometimes they are inconsistent with their drink as I usually get the same egg coffee drink but sometimes it taste diluted with no coffee flavour and more like a milk drink. Despite that, their drinks are just so special in Vancouver and I love them the same! :) Would recommend this to anyone to try as it’s worth going here!

I ordered an ube latte and it was underwhelming to say the least. This place uses to be much better. There was too much milk and to be honest the drink tasted like cereal milk. The ube foam was practically non existent and the colour was far off from what is shown on the menu.

I’ve visited this Vietnamese coffee shop several times and have tried both their egg coffee and pandan coffee. Each time, the coffee has been strong, rich, and perfectly brewed using fresh ingredients, which really makes a difference in the flavor. The pandan coffee is a delightful fusion of bold Vietnamese coffee and the fragrant essence of pandan leaves. It has a smooth, creamy texture with subtle sweetness and a fresh, herbal aroma that’s slightly reminiscent of vanilla and coconut. The egg coffee is another standout — a rich and creamy specialty where whipped egg yolks and sweetened condensed milk create a silky, custard-like foam that sits on top of the Vietnamese coffee. 😋 The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place for authentic, strong Vietnamese coffee made with fresh ingredients!

Drove there a few times just to find out that they open and close as they wish that does not follow the hours on google. Waste of my time. Half the times the card machines don’t work also.
Been to Hem377 many times and always loved it. This time the coffee is really crappy. In the middle of the day they don’t have egg coffee or ube latte. Ordered the coconut drip which was super disappointing. Watched them make it and it was just staff putting coconut cream , lots of ice and a shot of espresso… i think it’s time to move on from hem377

I ordered iced pandan milk drip coffee for the first time and it was really good. I am usual very picky when it comes to sweet flavored drinks so I asked for less sugar. The owner of Hem 377 is really nice and explained that if less sugar is added, the pandan flavor won't be able to show through the latte. I trusted her expertise to make it the usual way. The pandan milk drip coffee turned out perfect! With the balance of coffee, ice, milk, sweetness, and a nice kick of pandan. At that moment I realized that I've been missing out on pandan coffee latte for so many years. I'd definitely order it again!
