This place is the perfect place to go for when you want a hint of Vietnam! I love their drinks so much, I make sure to visit them everytime I get a chance. Unfortunately, sometimes they are inconsistent with their drink as I usually get the same egg coffee drink but sometimes it taste diluted with no coffee flavour and more like a milk drink. Each time, the coffee has been strong, rich, and perfectly brewed using fresh ingredients, which really makes a difference in the flavor. I ordered iced pandan milk drip coffee for the first time and it was really good. I am usual very picky when it comes to sweet flavored drinks so I asked for less sugar. The owner of Hem 377 is really nice and explained that if less sugar is added, the pandan flavor won't be able to show through the latte. I trusted her expertise to make it the usual way. The pandan milk drip coffee turned out perfect! With the balance of coffee, ice, milk, sweetness, and a nice kick of pandan....
