HaiDiLao Hotpot West Broadway

Had a wonderful birthday dinner here at Haidilao west Broadway.

Meat was delicious, we mainly had beef and lamb. The noodle dance was so funny to watch, would recommend. Sauce and snack bar has pretty good selection.

Service is absolutely exceptional, they are very attentive and will make sure you have a good time. I mentioned it was my girlfriend's birthday and they brought out a little cake with singing and a crown, very fun.

They have a happy hour after 9pm where you can choose 1 of 2 discount types, a certain dish or the whole menu. They are open so late, so it was nice to come here after watching the sunset at Kitsilano. Don't forget to try saying some secret phrases :)

Amazing service!! We celebrated my mothers birthday here and the staff went above and beyond for her. She was very happy! Food was great, and prices are fair… great entertainment too!! You guys rock!

Recommended for lunch from Monday to Friday, the beef is undisputed yyds for 2.99 a serving. The flow of people is less than that of RMD, but the quality is not bad at all. The waiter, Miss Luna, is very attentive. She is the best in both Haidilao. The service and food are very good, but the parking space is a bit small.

Awesome food quality and the server is so nice as well because she gave me the cute and pretty Christmas hat🫶🏻. It made me the whole experience so goodddd!! Will come to west boardway Haidilao again ^^

This place is incredible. What really set it apart from any other restaurant I have been to is the service. Whoever is the manager here clearly knows how to run a business and keep customers happy. The restaurant is very clean, bathrooms are very clean, and the service is very efficient. Everything is run on iPads and multiple servers come to help you order. I really cannot think of anything wrong with this place. It is hard to find restaurants nowadays where the servers go above and beyond to keep you happy. Free goodie bags, ice cream, parking, etc. I will definitely recommend my friends to check this place out. Well done

Always perfect with customer service. Happy hour lunch with $3 beef. Free egg for baby, free dessert and ice cream. Free parking at rear. So very convenient, easy to access. Would come back. Love the tomato broth

First time coming to this hotpot restaurant during busy lunch hour. The staff were super friendly, very welcoming even though we didn't make a reservation. The girl waiter explained everything with patience, folded our jackets and stored them in the drawer below our benches, gave us wet tissue, lens cleaner, hair tie, colorful crackers and aprons so that the soup won't splatter to our clothes. I especially liked the laksa soup. The sauce bar was something else, so many choices but I like the congee and toppings, also jelly dessert. All these are free. Oh there's more, she gave us ice cream, candy, and toothpicks after we finished eating. And oh there's more, the girl on the front door gave us goodie bags. One for each person. So many extra little things, but make our day. Thank you to all the staff, we appreciate your hard work and smiles.

This place was interesting. Lots of publicity but we were disappointed. Probably good for kids, teens and uni students. With money. Food was expensive for what you get. Lots of activity and noise. The dancing noodle guy was kind of cringy.

Make sure you go in the right door. One is the exit.
