Came to try Haidilao at this location after visiting the Brentwood and Richmond branches. They have parking at the rear, but it’s very limited, and each spot is quite small—especially on the second floor. Nowadays, people drive SUVs or vans, and on top of that, some drivers aren’t mindful to park closer to the pole, which would leave a bit more space for the next car.

We went on Friday evening, and the host told us the wait time would be 30–45 minutes, but we ended up waiting almost an hour and a half, nearly walking out. I know the servers tried to make up for it by offering a free appetizer and refillable plum juice.

The food was good as usual. There were lots of groups celebrating birthdays, so it was very loud. The music was so loud that we couldn’t even hear the noodle guy’s own music, and it got even louder during the birthday celebrations.

Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

Had a group of 6 come in late last night on a last minute request and were able to be seated easily. Amazing service from Nori and Miles who graciously served us a decorated fruit platter before we even ordered anything. The food came fast, and was delicious. We cannot wait to come back!

Made reservations on August 14th 6:30 and waited an hour for booked table :( Girl that’s like $60 hourly pay of me and my bestie been wasted. So disappointed because seems like they were overbooked. The food was super good and service was good, I asked my server to pack my broth she said yes but didn’t, She was super sweet 5 star service for here. But really upset that we had to wait for an hour.

We came here for my birthday and what a great experience. So many treats/gifts and downloaded the app for more deals. Definitely good value for money. Food was delicious. My vegan bf got clear water base and made his own soup. Will be back.

They did well to replicate the Chinese dining experience. The food and service are great. The atmosphere could be a bit noisy. It's annoying when waitress watched me punching in tips and entering my credit card PIN.
