Was my first time and the store is so cute, service is friendly, and lots of my favorite selections and items. I most liked that you could adjust the ice or sugar level and the drink was tasty too!
The bubble tea and bubble waffle were well made, and the pearls are consistently good. However, after I placed my order, someone who appeared to be the manager or owner was berating an employee (in Chinese) in a way that made me uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. I would not want to be treated that way at my own workplace. I hope the manager can receive additional training and treat their employees with respect.
My favourite bbt place on Robson! I love cheese foam and it always delivers. Great staff, great value! Love the little store. My only wish is more seating inside! As it’s so cute I’d love to bring a bigger group of friends.
