The chicken teriyaki is phenomenal, it's juicy and soft and the taste is great, the beef teriyaki is also good, the caramelized onions are perfect. The takoyaki has the right amount of batter and is crispy, the batter isn't too thick and the flavor is good, and the tako isn't overcooked, it's better than a lot of places. The tempura is nice and crunchy and the contents are flavorful. The prawn tempura doesn't look appetizing but is especially tasty. The vegetable tempura is good, the pumpkin and sweet potato were a good thickness, and the carrot was delightful. The chicken nuggets are slightly dry and are mediocre, as with the imitation scallops. The deepfried milk is really good but they're always out of it.
The sushi has the right amount of rice. The hokigai is good, the tai was enjoyable, the saba wasn't that good, the salmon was delicious. The rolls are cut nice and evenly. The cones are good but are ruined by the overly chewy seaweed. The bentos are filling and are good where you get to try a little bit of everything, and they're a good deal.

(+) service is great, large portion (our table is under 40)
(-) chef roll and sushi rolled loosely, ez to break. Ingredient is not really fresh as we expected. Water has a thin layer of oil (It looks like our cup hasn't been washed since the last meal or washed but careless😅)

Recently dined in Happy Sushi and we liked it. The sushi rolls were great but the fried ones, ikageso (squid) and shrimp tempura could be better. Service was fast and the lady was really accommodating. I think the interior needs a little more lighting. We'll be be back to try their other dishes!

My son and I didn’t feel like cooking and were getting really hungry. An all-you-can-eat search on Google came up with this quaint little eatery. It’s on Victoria near 49th in an older building built in 1949 . There’s only about 10 tables and the service is very quick and prompt.
All the food tasted fresh and for 2 people it came to about $77 including tip.

It’s worth for 34bucks All You Can Eat. The food is okay and reasonable. The shop is small so the atmosphere is cozy! The service is an average, i didnt expect that much which is okay for me. Fyi : if you order 10 sushi maybe you can get just 6 pieces. I dont know why, just order more after that😅

The rolls we ordered that contained yam tempura were cold. Not even room temperature, but cold, cold. They got one of our rolls we ordered wrong.

I suspect they provided us food from a cancelled takeout/delivery order.

These guys cant follow instructions at all. Multiple times ive ordered and asked no wasabi no ginger and they include it anyway. Either they dont read it or simply decide to ignore it

All you can eat selection is great. The restaurant is small inside, and reservations are encouraged. Cost is comparable to other restaurants.

Been coming here for 10+ years. It never disappoints and the prices have stayed relatively affordable with inflation.

The 'special house roll' is bomb!!!!

I like to eat here, but the big problem is that the employees do not speak English well and do not understand what I ask of them.

I remember once I was in this establishment, I ordered food and there was an ant on the table.

Despite its name, our visit to Happy Sushi was far from happy. While the food was good and reasonably priced, the poor service overshadowed everything. The waitress was extremely rude, practically throwing water and cutlery at us. She showed no patience with two members of our group who had limited English skills. To make matters worse, she rudely pushed my friend while we were paying to let another customer in. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Tried the ayce sushi and it was great. The quality and quantity was good and it was comparable to a la carte quality except that the nigiri rice to fish ratio was a bit rice heavy. Highlights were the Gomae, Alaska roll which was huge in diameter and light on rice but filled with lots of imitation crab, and the deep fried chicken wings which were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Some orders get dropped on occasion but since it’s ayce you can always reorder until you get it. It was a pretty good ayce sushi experience. PS: their bc roll is awesome with very crispy salmon skin
